Reference: Attempt to murder me or render me to a vegetative state by an organised mafia with the aid of poisons and lethal steroids injected into my bloodstream by deceit in Nov-Dec 2007 in a private Nursing Home. Conspiracy. No Report was supplied by Medical Facility. I need treatment and I need all conspirators - involved actively, passively, or as partners - to be in jail after a proper thorough enquiry.

Please refer Reference above. I need justice. I need culprits to be in jail and I need suitable compensation from all the criminals. This will in all certainty require unbiased investigations by either India's Central Bureau of Investigation or Delhi Police's Crime Branch or Special Cell. It has been 11 years plus and I need my life back. At the very outset a retired Indian Army Brigadier has to be taken into custody and methods applied on him to find truth. It won't be easy but. He is an Army Man, a Senior Officer. He is Brigadier S. Sudarsanan. His mobile number in Nov Dec 2007 was 9891838955. He also shouts, he intimidates, he was the front line agent of this mafia. He is a murderer. (This entire matter is not only about his shouting and intimidating btw.)

Attack on me took place in Janakpuri's Khanna Nursing Home in Block C4F from 6th to 9th (or 10th) Nov 2007 continuously, another day in Nov Dec 2007, and then again on 30th Dec 2007. I was admitted in Khanna Nursing Home starting 3rd Nov 2007. I wanted to leave on 6th Nov 2007 morning but was not allowed. They started with their nefarious agenda. On 9th (or 10th Nov 2007) I was forcibly sent back when actually because of their drugs and poisons my condition had become very strange, weird, dangerous, horrifying, traumatic etc. Note that I wanted to leave on 061107 but was not allowed. I was forcibly made to stay. And note that later (9th or 10th) I was forcibly sent back when I was just not in a condition because of their poisons.

My health went bad immediately and its complexion changed and worsened and got added upon or modified in the coming days, weeks, months, years. My entire work got stopped instantly, or with immediate effect (immediately). My rozi roti was affected instantly. It continues to date. In the Nursing Home actual (conspicuous) physical attempts to murder me took place 'additionally'. In the Nursing Home unknown-to-me people came and threatened me 'additionally'. In the Nursing Home anonymous women came and represented me without my knowledge 'additionally'. I still don't know who those women were. It took me several months to get to a state where I could muster up courage to write my first email to 'Medical Council Of India'. I still remember that as I was sending that first email in 2012 my heart was pounding and I thought that something terrible is going to happen to me and that I will die there and then. Point is that my mind, brain, heart, state of being are affected, damaged. Glands of body are damaged. Nerves are damaged. 'Hardness', restraint, unnecessary guilt feeling, horror, fear, terror, loss of intellect amongst many more were induced. Parkinsons' symptoms are there. I am almost certain that they have induced Parkinsons'. Additionally 'thinking vertigo' and 'loss of body balance' are there now as a fallout of those poisons. There is degeneration, especially in the Neck and Head region. There is degeneration in the eyes. There is degeneration in the spine.

All my emails to MCI are also on a web address http://KindAttentionMCI.blogspot.com . I uploaded them there. In my subsequent emails I will either forward the same to you or send records of those as attachments. Some were already sent to CBI in 2013. Alas! Nothing happened but. Nothing had happened after my initial 4 emails to MCI. When I did not receive response from MCI then I sent them a 5th email with questions. That was also not answered. Then the same 5th email was sent again via the RTI method to PIO, MCI. There was no response yet. Then the same was sent to FAA, MCI. Nothing happened still. Later a stupid response came from PIO, MCI. It was of no consequence anyway. FAA MCI had not responded, note. Then I went to CIC Office in August Kranti Bhawan Delhi in Dec 2014. I made more than one round. I was told by someone that documents are incomplete and that I should complete them first. That could have been a ploy to buy time actually. Then a stupid response came from FAA MCI around 30th Dec 2014. It was inconsequential anyway. Early 2015 I could finally send to CIC via Speed Post my questions. Hearing took place on 23rd Dec 2015. In the Hearing I wanted to tell the Information Commissioner Yashowardhan Azad the entire case first and foremost and that 'this is not merely about the answering of questions'. I don't know what he understood. He made the entire matter into a complaint and asked of the MCI representatives present that Delhi Medical Council will look into this under their direction or supervision. My questions were not answered but! Abruptly the IC asked me to go. In the anxiety, I just couldn't prevail upon the IC during the Hearing to get my questions answered. When I came out of the Hearing I realised after a little time that 'O My God, my questions were not answered'. I wish to tell you that I 'did not' ask the IC to 'not answer' the questions. I was only briefing him first about the matter. He made the matter into a complaint. I thought then that perhaps he knows what he is doing. So I had some hope.

In March 2016 I received a disastrous response from Secretary Girish Tyagi at Delhi Medical Council that this matter is 'vague and cryptic'! And I am telling you Delhi Police that this man Girish Tyagi is corrupt. Please note that DMC did not make any effort to make contact with me before sending me a convenient wash-hands-off letter. I had not been asked by IC to contact DMC. DMC and MCI were supposed to make contact with me. They had not.

The 5th email to the MCI and then the sending again of that email via RTI are also on the web address mentioned above. More emails were sent to MCI later. They also have since landed up on that web address. They will also be sent to you.

In the meantime I wrote also to the NHRC. The NHRC gave me a very sad response implying that since criminals are not public servants they can't do anything! PIO and FAA at MCI are public servants. So I don't know why NHRC responded thus. Later 'Secretary Girish Tyagi at DMC is a public servant' fact was brought to the notice of NHRC again. But NHRC response was same again! Strange.

At the very outset this was for the Medical Authorities (for what the Doctors did) and the Police (for what the 'Doctors and accomplices' did and also the more-than-one attempt at miscreancy including Attempt To Murder by 'outsiders' in the Nursing Home, some of which has very briefly been mentioned above - unknown women etc.). I was waiting for the Medical Authorities to start acting and then I would have reined in the police if the Medical Authorities themselves were not to (if they did not) rein in the Police, that's what I had in mind. But now this matter is entirely for the Police. This is because the Medical Authorities are hand in glove with criminals and these Medical people - MCI people, DMC Secretary -  apart from Doctors at Khanna Nursing Home plus that scoundrel Brigadier - have to be charged under various IPC Sections.

No report was supplied by Nursing Home and they rather were indulging in pushing and shoving me out later - this is known to MCI and DMC. In 2014 I spoke with Vikas Khanna (son of Subhash Khanna who was Chief Doctor at KNH) and he said that no medicine stays in body for more than one day. This is चोर की दाड़ी में तिनका . And by the way there are drugs that can stay in the body for weeks, even months. So this Doctor needs to be educated. It is not only about the duration of the staying-of-drugs in the body but what the drugs actually did instantly. There are fundamental changes in the secretions etc. There are damages to the nerves. There are many conditions. Example: 'Get out of home for a few hours one day, and then spend the entire next 3-4 days at home sleeping recovering sleeping'. I will elaborate each and everything. Before this dastardly attack on me I was a workaholic, and immediately during and after this attack my life just stopped. STOP, like that. I just couldn't work. I just couldn't sit in front of computer. I could not go out in the sun. There was a lack of awareness. I went into a trance for months, years. You please allow me a meeting with your good self. You please read my emails to the MCI. They are for your consumption also. You take it that whatever I have sent to them, is what I am sending to you / will be sending to you also. It's for your consumption also. At the very outset you can ask your Police Doctors what has been done to a person (myself) who says that 'suddenly hot water appears cold on the head'. What has been done to a person who says that 'suddenly (ever since 9th or 10th Nov 2007) he just can't sit in front of a Computer Monitor - especially the CRT (Cathode Ray Tube or CR Oscillioscope) Monitor, or a CRT Television'? Lack of awareness sets in. What has been done to a person who 'suddenly just can't wear anything even-slightly-tight around the waist because he begins to lose consciousness'?! What has been done to a person who says that 'suddenly my back is tired and heavy, my entire spine is tired and heavy, my entire body is tired and heavy'? Chemical Castration? Chemical Castration without informing? And these are not the only conditions. And why? (And why did the Information Commissioner not get my questions answered? IC Azad is later-accomplice? Goodness Gracious!) Consider that they (NH) did not supply Report despite asking for the same. Nursing Home people used to push away and send away the victim (myself) when he made repeated visits to the NH later for Report. Nurse would say "why do you need?, go away."

I would also like to engage the Forensics Department . I would like to show them my clothes from Nov Dec 2007, of 2008, even 2009. I want to show them and show you something about my clothes from that time. Clothes have as yet not been mentioned to MCI (I kept waiting for a response at least first). But Forensics of Police have to see. Something (that I have to show you) might appear trivial even to you and Forensics initially, but I know it is not trivial.

This is apparently not the only email that I will be sending to you. But you please make a case immediately and arrest the Brigadier first and foremost. You also have to slap charges on Girish Tyagi DMC Secretary and do a full full enquiry on his appointment as Secretary at DMC! He is incompetent, he is a work shirker. His appointment as Secretary and whatever else at DMC is "vague and cryptic". If it were not the case then he would not have sent me 'vague and cryptic' response. When you read my emails to MCI it will be apparent as to why it took that long for me to make that first communication to MCI. When I meet with you in person I will explain why is it that I have been tweeting to DelPol that I wish to meet with you and yet I don't come down to ITO Office. But you can guess right. Health is bad, though it may not be apparent in that first look. I received a response from Delhi Police (tweet) that I should meet with Staff Officer and/but it appears that they meet only till 2:00 PM (whichever week day they will meet) and sadly, surprisingly - or whichever way you look at it - this is the single reason that I have not been able to meet. I mean I can manage around say 6 or 7 PM some day, ironically because of the conditions themselves.

I might never recover as is apparent. I need a compensation of Rs. 10,000 Crores from all players involved and I need these players to be in jail. No compensation is enough. And I have not exaggerated. That chap Sudarsanan - catch him, CATCH HIM. Get hold of him. He is a morally bankrupt khabees ki aulaad. AND HE IS AN ARMY OFICER EX! He was also trading his daughters! You cannot pass away his mentioning of his own daughters as a mere faux pas. There is much more to what meets the eye. Khanna Subhash is dead (Dec 2016). Don't let Sudarsanan die without punishment and before he has ogled out his handlers names from whom he has in all probability received hawala funding. He is a terrorist. An illegal establishment has been running for the past 30 years from the terrace of Flat 80C of Block C2B of Janakpuri 110058. Owner is Umesh Mehra who himself stays in Gurgaon. In DDA Flats such commercial establishments are not allowed. Please arrest this Umesh Mehra and all his goons who operate from there. He has threatened myself and my parent in the past. These are DDA Flats. The business is from the terrace and not from Ground Floor. The goons come and go via residential staircase. Flat is not main road facing. The very fact that a business of such nature cannot operate from the terrace of a DDA Flat where coming-going is from residential staircase warrants his arrest straightaway and arrest of his goons.

They do packing unpacking there. Why? Inside the Residential Block commercial vehicles come and go for this illegal establishment. Why? Vehicles carry packages and take away packages. This Block is for residential purpose. It is not meant for loading, unloading in commercial vehicles, trucks, not meant for transporting of commercial goods (are they dangerous hazardous goods?), not meant for packing unpacking of commercial goods from flat even if it is terrace construction (it is a permanent construction btw). The Block Welfare Association is mostly defunct. Therefore you have to act. The Block RWA gets a haftaa from Umesh Mehra?, I don't know.

It is not known what packing unpacking takes place here. Are they illegal drugs? Why can't unpacking packing, loading, unloading, transportation of goods take place in a designated commercial area? What is Umesh Mehra hiding? What protection does this residential locality offer him for his illegal acts?

You have to investigate Umesh mehra's links in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
Umesh Mehra has been jailed twice (at least) in the past, that's what I know. I don't know the grounds. There are more confidential matters to be discussed about his Contractors etc. and their deeds which I will refrain from writing here but discuss with an authorised government representative when they meet.

You have to levy Indian Penal Codes amounting to misbehaving with an elderly citizen (my parent) and threatening the senior citizen and using words that are words of a scoundrel, a gangster with criminal links, goonda links. I can't write this here. That tells about his shameless upbringing. You please meet me. The man is a menace for society. Quarantine him, jail him, punish him.

For Airtel: Your people say different things at different times. Cheque was dropped by myself in Store on 170119. First you say you did not receive it, then you say that ok you received but it had overwriting and thus was not submitted. Then you say that actually it was crumpled and therefore it was not submitted. Then when I ask you to return Cheque you say that actually Bank Of India has stopped payment because of overwriting. When I ask you to prove the same you can't. Then you say that Bank Of India has denied because of crumpled Cheque. When I ask of you to prove the same then you can't . What rubbish is this? Of course you are a dishonest, casual, thief company. Your employees are louts, liars, scoundrels.
Bank Of India has told me on 1st Feb. 2019 that they have not returned any Cheque and that they did not receive the said Cheque. And therefore you Airtel are a liar, lout, dishonest, criminal company. Take action on yourself. Put yourself in prison. Learn about shame. Read some good books. For Bank Of India: Airtel says that you denied debit. Airtel is levying false accusations on you, unless there are employees in your Branch in nexus with miscreants. For DCP West Delhi, Delhi Police: I hope you will be able to get my Cheque returned to me, or get the same deposited in Bank, and take action on Airtel on different counts . Dear Sir/Madam at Airtel, Bank Of India and Delhi Police, 
Once again this nutcase company with that stupid girl in their nationwide ad with its Chief as some Sunil Bharti Mittal is playing truant. Bill towards two Airtel nos. (in Subject) was paid together via one Cheque. Cheque was dropped in their Janakpuri Delhi Store at Westend Mall on Jan 17, 2019. These Airtel people first denied the dropping of Cheque in Box placed there. They first said Cheque is not received when I discovered after 4-5 days that Bill Payment had still not been done. I asked them to check from cctv footages that Cheque was dropped. Then they said 'ok we will revert back'. This was via Twitter Direct Message System. Then they reverted back and asked stupidly where the Cheque was dropped. The same was told again. Then again they reverted back that Bill Payment should be made! I told them the same thing again. Then they said that 'ok we will revert back'. Then they reverted back on 310119 via telephone and said that 'ok Cheque was received but we don't know for which month payment is being made'. This is very strange. This is a Criminal Company talking. I told the person that payment has been made for Bill received which was generated by Airtel around 23rd Dec. '18 . I asked them to check from cctv footages of their Store of the date when the Cheque was dropped. Then he said that he will revert back. Then he said after reverting back the same day that 'ok actually Cheque is received but it was not submitted by Airtel because it has overwriting'! This is false. This is a lie. I told him I never made any overwriting and what was the person talking about. He said that Cheque has as yet not been deposited in Bank by them because of over writing on Cheque. I told him that I never made any overwriting and that if it has overwriting it must have got done at their end. I asked him then to return the Cheque. He said that that can't be done. Then I asked him as to how can I believe that overwriting is there, Airtel has to prove it. He then said that actually the Cheque is crumpled and therefore they have not submitted. I told him again that you can check from your cctv footages and tell me where is the Cheque crumpled and that the same should then be returned to me and thence prove the crumpleness at the time of dropping. I told him that just a few seconds ago he was saying something else. So I asked them again to return the Cheque to me. Then he said that he will revert back.
Then they reverted back after some time that actually Bank Of India Janakpuri has denied debit from my account because there is overwriting. This is again false because if such were the case then Bank Of India would have informed me. I told him thus. This person from Airtel then said that actually the Cheque is crumpled and that is why Bank Of India has denied. This is again a lie. This is all nonsense. I told him again that Cheque is not crumpled and that he is saying something, then something else at another time. He said that everything is recorded and that he can tell that he did not say that. I asked him to listen to his recording himself for his own sake. He said that 'no I told you earlier itself that it was Bank Of India who refused'. I told him 'no you didn't say that' and that 'you should check with your audio recording yourself'. This airtel person said that actually Bank Of India has denied in order to 'protect your account'. I asked him how does he know this! He did not have an answer. I told him that earlier he was saying something and then something else and now something else and that even if this were the case Bank Of India would have informed me. I asked him to return the Cheque. He denied. He said that Cheque cannot be returned.

This is a lout Company, Sunil Bharti Mittal is a lout too. I am calling him a lout because his people are liars, cheats, louts and work for the unofficial organised mafia around these parts of Janakpuri. Delhi. "You are what your employees are."

For Bank Of India:
Airtel says that you denied debit. Is this true? You should have informed me in that case. If you didn't then please note that Airtel is levying false accusations on you, unless there are employees in your Branch in nexus with miscreants. I have actually conjectured like that. You dispatch a person, and I will tell why and how. Cheque no. is 000017 and Account No. is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx . Airtel is talking on your behalf. How can they do that? That is wrong. They are shooting with gun pointed at me and they have put gun on your shoulder. Wow!
I spoke with BoI's Janakpuri Branch person on 1st Feb. 2019 and I was told that 'no Cheque has been returned by them and that the said Cheque has not arrived'. Therefore it is clear that Airtel is levying false accusations on you. This is for your information. I do not know if this warrants any action against Airtel by the Bank, but as I said this is for our information. Airtel people are showing you in bad light.

For Airtel:
Your people say different things at different times. Cheque was dropped on 170119. First you say you did not receive it, then you say that ok you received but it had overwriting and thus was not submitted. Then you say that actually it was crumpled and therefore it was not submitted. Then when I ask you to return Cheque you say that actually Bank Of India has stopped payment because of overwriting. When I ask you to prove the same you can't. Then you say that Bank Of India has denied because of crumpled Cheque. When I ask of you to prove the same then you can't . What rubbish is this? Of course you are a dishonest, casual, thief company. Your employees are louts, liars, scoundrels. How can you say that Bank Of India has denied because they are protecting my account? Who are you to say that? How do you know this? Bank Of India is associated with you? How can you say things on their behalf?
Bank Of India has told me on 1st Feb. 2019 that they have not returned any Cheque and that they did not receive the said Cheque. And therefore you are a liar, lout, dishonest, criminal company.

For DCP West Delhi, Delhi Police:
Airtel says different things at different times. I hope that you will be able to get my Cheque returned to me or get the same deposited in Bank, and I also request you to take action on this Airtel on different counts. Notice that they say different different things at different times. This is not the first time there has been trouble with my Cheque payments here in Janakpuri, this is not the first time that there is trouble with receiving at receiver's end of my financial instrument in Delhi.

Note that Airtel lost Cheque, Airtel made false accusations on Bank Of India, Airtel spun stories, Airtel deliberately did mischief, created trouble for me. You please take action on Airtel Store on all these counts. Main reason to rein you in is to find out that miscreant lurking inside of this Airtel Store who in turn is connected with outside miscreant/s and 'once and for all' bust this gang and arrest them after levying of charges of harassment, trouble etc.
Note that Bank Of India denied returning any Cheque and said that they did not receive the said Cheque in the first place.

Actually this is not the first time that I have had trouble by mischief makers. I have told your Inspector Richhpal SHO Janakpuri on 19th April 2017 that for many years there is a gang operating in Janakpuri who are troubling me and they have inroads into everywhere, and also that they track me everywhere, follow me everywhere (Delhi, Uttarakhand, trains, buses, wherever else). An inconsequential FIR was made later. FIR No. is 0057/2017 made by Janakpuri Police Station (very reluctantly by your JP PS) on 15 Jun 2017 and handed over to me a few days later by your ASI Shiv Charan. MLC was made by Chanandevi Hospital on 9 July 2016 and MLC No. is 7478/16 . Your ASI Shiv Charan is completely corrupt, inefficient and actually is an agent of criminals. You want to know details?, then you send someone across. I know that Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital Doctors at Neurology and Ophthalmology are also criminals. Their (DDU Hospital) HOD of Neurology of 10 July 2016 and 11 Aug 2016 should be arrested. Their (DDU Hospital) HOD of Ophthalmology of 26 Sept 2016 and 19 Nov 2016 should be arrested. I had requested DCP West Delhi, DP via sms (if I recall correctly) to retrieve cctv footages of Neurology Dept at DDU Hospital of 11 Aug 2016 and see that the entire Neurology Nursing Station is forcing me, threatening me, pressurising me, intimidating me to sign on a document under where it says 'Brain CT Scan Report taken on 15 July 2016'. I signed in good faith, I signed because I did not expect them to turn out fraudsters and crime-abetters. I mentioned that this says '15 July 2016'. They said 'doesn't matter, you want Report, you'll get it, this date is formality'. They had said 'just sign here and take report from Radiology downstairs'. Radiology didn't give me. They said they don't have the Report. I told Radiology people that 'but few minutes ago Neurology made me sign and asked me to take report from you Radiology'. Radiology HOD and his staff then began to look at each other, as if they had understood something - that Neurology is indulging in crime. This is from 11 Aug 2016. Truth is your ASI Shiv Charan is a criminal. If you want details, then you please send someone over. Entire Neurology Nursing Station Staff of 11 Aug 2016 of DDU Hospital should be arrested. Dr. Manak at Ophthalmology and his girl accomplice Doctor of 19 Nov 2016 should be arrested. Details have been sent to NHRC in 2018. I have also written to NHRC that they should make Neurology Dept at DDU Hospital to prove via cctv footages of 15 Jul 2016 that I was in Hospital on that day - 15 Jul 2016 - when actually I wasn't. This is for your information also. The same may be shared with Commissioner, Delhi Police whenever I get the opportunity to meet with him. Also note that on 11 Aug 2016 a woman had come in Neurology and got herself seated beside me as I was waiting for HOD Neurology (who did not meet me eventually) and this woman could be from your local Police Station. She made a loud sound. Look at cctv footages. Retrieve cctv footages of Neurology at DDU of 11 Aug 2016 - see what all is happening. Your people, Delhi Police, are criminals. Shame.
My point is that someone is making trouble here. I am 100% sure of it. It could be a nexus between people from Municipality, your Delhi Police, Delhi Jal Board, property dealers, illegal restaurant owners, illegal business operators etc. here in Janakpuri and elsewhere in cahouts with someone in the neighbourhood or elsewhere in Janakpuri. Here I will take the opportunity to tell you that this gang is using girls as bait. I am 100% sure that your Delhi Police people are involved. You want to know how?, you send someone across, or you yourself come, and then I will tell you. It is actually very dangerous for me to venture out of home anywhere because they are trying to frame me everywhere. They use girls. They track me. Following is an opinion being prepared for posting across 'Slender Takes' post Swami Ramdev's concern on Bharat Ratna not having been conferred upon any Rishi, Sanyasi.

Bharat Ratna For Whom? The top most award for 2019 was conferred on Nanaji Deshmukh, Bhupen Hazarika, Pranab Mukherjee. Swami Ramdev has expressed concern that Rishis Sanyasis have not been awarded Bharat Ratna. Bharat Ratna For Whom.
My Take: There are awards for the citizenry of India and also citizenry of the world in exceptional cases by India in lieu of recognition of their contribution in their respective fields of endeavour. This may not be the exact technical language but you get the point.
I know of Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan, Bharat Ratna. Here I am not taking into consideration the awards on the basis of sports, films or cinema, economics or anything else.
Awards have been awarded over the years. .. Ok then .. it so happens - and in a very queer way perhaps it is justified also - that some personalities may be bereft of the Bharat Ratna the highest civilian honour, simply because they were too great for the same, meaning they were too great for the award itself. Yes, that is true. These people are the ones who have probably transcended the Bharat Ratna also and it might appear that it may even be a disservice to them to name them for the Bharat Ratna. I mean, sometimes it seems that it is better not to disturb these exceptional personalities. "Don't disturb." Don't disturb? Yes, please do not disturb and lower their value. That is true. .. Swami Vivekanand?, a Bharat Ratna? Well, people don't you think that he was far far greater for the Bharat Ratna. Trust me, there are personalities from amongst us who will be trivialised (rather contribution will be trivialised) if you confer the Bharat Ratna on them. That's true. I mean he was so much above this Ratna.

Swami Ramdev should not despair. Rather he should take solace in the fact that thank god, thank the devi, that the Bharat Ratna was not conferred upon these people. Some people are simply above or simply too above for the awards. .. There may be noises then that ok Ashoka should be conferred the Bharat Ratna, then Chanakya (who comes first eh? ;-) ), then that barbarian Akbar which will be propagated skywards by publications like Times Of India, perhaps TV Channels like NDTV, then Shahjahan's name will pop up because he gave you - ooh-laa-laa-laa-ooh - The Taj Mahal which is actually a symbol of violence and brutality. Wah! ri India! - when will you wake up? Then someone will say Mirabai - who was far far above the Ratna. [Separate Akbar the barbarian and Mirabai the religious spiritual devotee to convey two different viewpoints on one same topic - Bharat Ratna for whom - preferably in two separate paragraphs]

In fact the Bharat Ratna has been trivialised. I know that. You know that. There are personalities who have been conferred the Bharat Ratna who should have been awarded the Padma Bhushan - ok acceptable, justified, or perhaps even the Padma Vibhushan - ok fine, but not the Bharat Ratna. So it has been demeaned. India somehow succumbs to the unwarranted miscreancy of demeaning itself. Self demeaning, self letting down miscreancy. The temptation is to make noise, to award mediocrity, no-deservingly - simply because the real excellent people were not understood or perhaps their ideals were simply too much to bear. Yes, that is true. Shut your eyes and think about it. That is the truth. Read this again: India and Indians succumb to the unwarranted miscreancy of demeaning itself, themselves because you are wary (or is that weary), scared, envious, jealous of 'real excellence'. 
Self loathing Indians.

So there are two things. Firstly, these people are simply above the Bharat Ratna. Secondly The Bharat Ratna has been trivialised further. So Swami Ramdev Ji?!, please do not despair. Achchhaa hi huaa hai. Let's just say - Eeshwaram Yat Karoti Shobhanameva Karoti :-) [write in Devnagri]

And if you say that Rishis Munis (of yore) should be given Bharat Ratna, then sorry Swami, you yourself actually then undermine the contributions of those Swamis, those Rishis, Munis, Sanysis, Sadhus. Will you confer the Bharat Rata on Patanjali, on Agastya, on Bhardwaj etc.? Niet, because you will simply be trivialising them greatly. Will you confer the Bharat Ratna on Guru Nanak ? It will be a great disservice to the Sikh Guru if you do so. He was so much so much so much above these trivialities.

But yes, there may be a system of honour that may be accorded to these souls. Just like in Sports, just like in Cinema there should be awards for spirituality etc. (in fact the jury may be out on that one). But you can start a discussion. But do not despair that no Rishi Muni of yore has not been awarded the Bharat Ratna. Yes, you start a dialogue for honouring the accomplishments, contributions. ..

.. And these awards are on the 'earthly plane' actually. Let's understand that. These awards are presented when (how should I put it) people get out of home and go to office and then return to home and then take rest and then go to office again the next day [don't write this unless you are sure that you have conveyed your point otherwise it looks stupid and strange - rework the words.]

If circumstances permit, if situations unfold favourably, then I would like to meet with you personally and apprise you of the dastardly attack on my entire state of being (attack by poisonous fluids intravenously) in 2007. This took place in Delhi Nursing Home over various days and also later at home. I have been writing to authorities since 2012 but they all seem either hand-in-glove in crime, or plain incompetent - there cannot be a probable third reason. I need justice and thus I wish to meet with you.

To begin with this matter was for the Medical Authorities (for what the Doctors etc. did) and was for the Law or Legal Machinery (Police and Law) (for the more-than-one attempt at murder and physical damage by unknown people etc.) but now it is entirely for the Police and Law (Medical Authorities should also be tried under law) because the Medical Authorities are also hand-in-glove.

It is much more than surreptitious clinical trials actually. More than one nefarious agenda of more than one wicked, crooked party, gang is involved in this. Attempt To Murder by unknown gangsters also took place. Unknown people came and made threatening gestures. Unknown women came to that Nursing Home and represented me?! I still don't know who these women are! One Nurse (who used to come to take BP) used to touch me inappropriately and play soft porn! I was kept mostly sedated in a private room in the building which is bang across the road opposite to Khanna Nursing Home, C4F, Janakpuri Delhi. It is not attached to Main Building. I stayed there for 6-7 days. Despite asking for report many times later the same was not supplied! In the Nursing Home one person posing as Doctor (perhaps he was Doctor) had put laser light in my right eye as I was sedated. The old time Nurse had seen him (she is other than the BP Nurse). My right eye is damaged since then - this was confirmed by a private Eye Centre later. The role of local Delhi Police personnel is also circumspect. Police will itself tell you with glee "usko retire kar diyaa gayaa hai (उसको रिटायर कर दिया गया है |)."

Apart from this I am now also becoming sure of the following:
I was sexually molested (I am male) by those unknown women, or still other women?!
I was strangulated but somehow I survived that strangulation.
I was hit in the head with a heavy object and that caused damage to my skull.

I need justice. I wrote to Medical Council Of India. They accepted bribes and didn't do anything. You don't believe me? Get an independent enquiry done. I was in fact expecting that they themselves would invoke the Police also but that didn't happen. They did not do anything. I invoked Central Information Commission. Sadly my questions were not answered! If that is not disastrous then what is? In the Order that I received later I noticed that IC had made some false remarks, I was shocked! IC says that 'I don't know names of Doctors'. That is false. Names of Doctors are there all along. I don't know what Y. Azad is saying. Matter was however sent to Delhi Medical Council. DMC too accepted bribes from well-organised well-rehearsed deep-pockets-mafia-criminals which includes Doctors.

To start off with Army Brigadier Sudarsanan has to be hung upside down, 'methods' have to be used on him (he won't tell easily, he is an Army Man, and a bad one) and asked what all were injected and at whose behest? He was also trading his own daughters! You find this offensive? I also find it repulsive. Please go through the links in the Post whose link is provided earlier.

It was very very painful further that the National Human Rights Commission Order implied that 'since criminals are not public servants they can't do anything'!! That -- is -- our -- NHRC? This is indeed very bad state of affairs. NHRC Case No. or File Number is 6063/30/9/2015 .

Subhash Khanna is dead (Dec. 2016). Sudarsanan will also be allowed to die without him getting punished? Dear Sir, I repeat - please ask people in your Office (and you also) to go through the links in post whose link is provided. NHRC was also prevailed upon?! Wow! By whom? Do you know?

Why has the Khanna Nursing Home not given me report of what they did? WHY HAS THE KHANNA NURSING HOME NOT GIVEN ME REPORT? Why did the Nurse say, 'what will you do with report?' Why did the Brigadier insist that he will not speak on my mobile phone but on my LandLine? Why did he ask me to meet his daughters? There are many more such questions. So I would much appreciate if you may depute an Officer for a Meeting or grant me Appointment.

Friday Dec 7, 2018: Slender Drafts was finally done around 3 PM I suppose. My God even draft posting is taking time.

Dec. 7-8 night: working on computer - internet something exactly what don't remember .. went to sleep around 4 AM perhaps but was woken up by the sound of water slightly dripping from a partially remained opened faucet .. so woke up 6:05 and went to sleep again after switching on the water motor and letting the lights stay open .. woke up incidentally at 6 55 AM and then shut the motor and went to sleep again .. disturbed sleep .. got out of bed 10 00 AM around ..  

Sat. 8th Dec.: mostly listening to ashtalakshmi hymns .. I like this one especially: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0VNJ6KT2XY . The same is also embedded below.

.. don't feel good .. feel weak .. went to sleep around evening for perhaps 2 hours while ashtalakshmi hymns were playing on machine .. went to Saturday Market at 10 05 PM. returned around 11 perhaps. .. feeling sleepy .. going to sleep at 11 PM perhaps after drinking milk.

I don't want to start taking breakfast when bowels have not been emptied . and this causes skipping meals and then there is a chakra, a cycle ..

Aadi-Lakshmi  (The primal mother goddess)

Aadi-Lakshmi or "Primeval Lakshmi" a.k.a. Maha-Lakshmi or "The Great Lakshmi," as the name suggests, is a primeval form of Goddess Lakshmi, regarded as the daughter of sage Bhrigu and wife of Lord Vishnu or Narayana. Aadi-Lakshmi is often depicted as the consort of Narayana living with him at his home in Vaikuntha, or sometimes seen as sitting in his lap, and her serving of Lord Narayana is symbolic of her serving the entire universe. She is portrayed as four-armed, holding a lotus and a white flag in her two hands, while the other two are in Abhaya Mudra and Varada Mudra. Variously known as Ramaa or the bestower of happiness, and Indira, holding close to her heart the lotus, a symbol of purity, Aadi-Lakshmi is the first of the eight forms of Lakshmi called the Ashta-Lakshmi.

Dhanya-Lakshmi (Food – one who eliminates hunger)

The second of the eight forms of Goddess Lakshmi or Ashta-Lakshmi is named after "Dhanya" or food grains - full of natural nutrients and minerals required for a healthy body and mind. On one hand, Dhanya-Lakshmi is the giver of agricultural wealth and, on the other, the all-important nourishment for human beings. With her divine grace, one can be ensure abundance of foods - all year round. Dhanya-Lakshmi is shown as having eight hands adorning green garments, and carrying two lotuses, a mace, a sheaf of paddy, sugarcane, and bananas, while the other two hands are in Abhaya Mudra and Varada Mudra.

Veera-Lakshmi is worshiped to gain valor and strength to overpower formidable adversaries in war or simply overcome the difficulties of life, and lead a life of stability. She is depicted as eight-armed, wearing red garments, and carrying a discus, a conch, a bow, an arrow, a trident or sword, a gold bar or sometimes a book; the other two hands are in abhaya and varada mudra.

Gaja-Lakshmi or "Elephant Lakshmi," who was born out of the churning of the ocean - the fabled Samudra Manthan of Hindu mythology, is the daughter of the ocean. Myths have it that Gaja-Lakshmi helped Lord Indra regain his lost wealth from the depth of the ocean. This form of Goddess Lakshmi is the bestower and protector of wealth, prosperity, grace, abundance and royalty. Gaja-Lakshmi is depicted as a beautiful goddess flanked by two elephants bathing her with water pots as she sits on a lotus four-armed, wearing red garments, and holding two lotuses, the other two arms being in abhaya and varada mudra.
