An illegal establishment has been running for the past 30 years from the terrace of Flat 80C of Block C2B of Janakpuri 110058. Owner is Umesh Mehra who himself stays in Gurgaon. In DDA Flats such commercial establishments are not allowed. Please arrest this Umesh Mehra and all his goons who operate from there. He has threatened myself and my parent in the past. These are DDA Flats. The business is from the terrace and not from Ground Floor. The goons come and go via residential staircase. Flat is not main road facing. The very fact that a business of such nature cannot operate from the terrace of a DDA Flat where coming-going is from residential staircase warrants his arrest straightaway and arrest of his goons.
They do packing unpacking there. Why? Inside the Residential Block commercial vehicles come and go for this illegal establishment. Why? Vehicles carry packages and take away packages. This Block is for residential purpose. It is not meant for loading, unloading in commercial vehicles, trucks, not meant for transporting of commercial goods (are they dangerous hazardous goods?), not meant for packing unpacking of commercial goods from flat even if it is terrace construction (it is a permanent construction btw). The Block Welfare Association is mostly defunct. Therefore you have to act. The Block RWA gets a haftaa from Umesh Mehra?, I don't know.
It is not known what packing unpacking takes place here. Are they illegal drugs? Why can't unpacking packing, loading, unloading, transportation of goods take place in a designated commercial area? What is Umesh Mehra hiding? What protection does this residential locality offer him for his illegal acts?

Umesh Mehra has been jailed twice (at least) in the past, that's what I know. I don't know the grounds. There are more confidential matters to be discussed about his Contractors etc. and their deeds which I will refrain from writing here but discuss with an authorised government representative when they meet.
You have to levy Indian Penal Codes amounting to misbehaving with an elderly citizen (my parent) and threatening the senior citizen and using words that are words of a scoundrel, a gangster with criminal links, goonda links. I can't write this here. That tells about his shameless upbringing. You please meet me. The man is a menace for society. Quarantine him, jail him, punish him.
You may like to find out how much bribes he pays monthly or periodically to Delhi Police, to Municipality. Municipality knows about it. They have done nothing, they have encouraged it actually. Refer GRV/WSZ/2015/050677 issued by MCD in 2015. Make arrests of Municipality people please. Delhi Police knows about it. They have done nothing. They have encouraged it. Ok? The man is a parasite, a leech. He is a nuisance to society. He is obnoxious character. His gundagardi has to be broken. He has to be broken. Do it please.
