Chronicle Nov 28, Idea Travel India Borders Blog

Daily Chronicle and Idea Of Travel Along India Border Length
2018 Nov 28: went to sleep at 9 AM only - working through the night of 27-28. .. woke up at around 5 45 PM .. nothing to report .. a lot of time is wasted or spent in watching TV during the night, aimlessly sometimes. If I were not watching TV then I would have been working to move forward the internet projects and to finish those complaints and send them to wherever. ..
..went to wednesday market at A Block Janakpuri for my carrots and some other stuff - shalgam, vegetables etc. - left home at 10 00 PM .. my mother hates me for leaving home such late .. I don't blame her, but it's too too complicated .. dincharyaa is haywire ..
[Above goes in BSF Chronicle.]

.. have been contemplating another project in which I travel, let's say, along the borders of India, take photos, report on a blog whatever I notice .. and project is called 'Mere Desh Ki Seema' .. then the idea got developed slightly - after taking an entire round of the country on foot along the border (!) I will then take another round of the areas inside of the inner boundary of the earlier round and cover these new areas - means that I will first travel within 1 KM only (let's say) of the Indian Border and I will travel a length of 1 KM daily?, 3 KM daily?, 9KMs daily? (not decided) and then when the entire round is done, then I will move in an area which is within 1 to 2 KM of the Indian Border. OK? So that way I will eventually cover the entire country one day, all on foot. When long long time ago in School in Sanskrit Class I learnt the meaning of parivraajak (parivraajaka) [write in Devanagri] it somehow went in some deep deep recess of the brain perhaps [what is this, don't write this] ..

.. what is the aim? .. aim will get framed .. aim is to just travel and report and talk to God - hey God I saw this today - this your creation .. this is your creation here, these are the physical features here, this is its state today, these are the people here, these are the festivals here, this is how depressing it is here, this is how lively it is here, this is how bloodshed is here, this is how people are trying to do something good, something bad, these are the flora, fauna, these are the animals, this is this and this is that etc. :-) Of course it will also mention the latitude, longitude, height above sea level, its geopolitical identity or attributes - the state, district (mandal also or division), the tehsil, the postal pin code and name of locality or village or whatever, and something peculiar if it is there, anything specific or special about that place.

But I have to work out the modalities here - 9 days gone at a stretch, then back to home in Delhi for 9 days, then gone again for 9 days, and total swathe that I shall cover is 9 sqkm in these 9 days - meaning that I can or I will allow myself to do back and forth in an area of 9 sqkm in those designated 9 days - uploading on the blog will take place within those 9 days only (very important), no work will be left for home, and this means that I will need to have a travelpack ready all times (live out of a suit case - can you do that?, can you sustain this model? - self question/s), .. means that I will need to have a high end camera wala cellphone (which will be with me at all times) - and which will of course have internet, a portable laptop (which will not always be carried but will be in the base camp) - and which will also have internet separately, and which will be used every day in evening in base camp to fine tune, to write, to upload, to edit photos after transferring from cell phone.
Actually I wanted a computer (a notepad?) that is small enough and light enough to be carried (in pocket) which allows me a few distinct things and they are four in no. - one is take pictures (camera) and also moving images (movie camera), two is edit them (photo editing software and film editing software) (and it should also have notepad and other software - perhaps even Auto CAD), three is write text about those pictures (keypad or typing feature), four is upload them on blog and blog is editable on that Notepad device (which means it should have internet facility).
But I have come round to the conclusion that two devices will be needed - so it is not hunky dory .. it won't be hunky dory even if you carry only one device dude! What is that 1 Device? It is a ' "twice" foldable laptop with camera '. Twice foldable? What is twice foldable? Twice foldable is something that can be folded twice? Do we have in the market which is even ' "single" folded laptop'? In India -- today -- er -- actually -- no! Ha ha. So what are we talking about? Hey!, once again we are talking about supremely far fetched ideas. I love them. .. .. By the way I learn that Samsung has brought out a few days ago a foldable laptop, but it is not available in India. .. And why do I need a twice foldable device? Simply so that it can be carried in Pocket.

9 sqkm here is initial figure as I begin to chalk out a strategy, till 1 km away from the border is also subject to re-look, 9 days is also subject to re-look.

First and foremost, what is the length of the Indian Border? :-) I learn it is 22,623 KM (Border line went above POK and Chinese occupied Kashmir and Chinese occupied Uttarakhand). Total Area of tera mera uska iska Bharat Desh is 29,73,190 sqkm.

Another thing is that if I cover an area which is within one km of the Indian Border then after a few rounds of the country (presuming that I manage that and am still alive and have not been lynched along somewhere! :-o ) what will then happen at the Chicken's Neck? Chicken's Neck is the area in between Sikkim and Bangladesh. .. This implies that then two regions will be left to be done separately 'after' that - NE India and Rest of India. I hope this is understood. .. unless I find out first and foremost where is the centre of gravity of India geometrically (near Bhopal?, near Jabalpur? ;-) ), and then make a spline along the border first wherein the distance from the border along UP Nepal is 1 KM (let's say if it is 1 KM here) then the distance from the border along Chicken's Neck is a few metres! (about 10 metres? - proportionate to its distance from the cg of India). Now why would I do this? Because I would like to make complete round of the country again - Yes - Just that every 'next' time the swathe of land is 'still' further inside of Indian territory and that it has 'not been covered' in earlier round/s. This means that this first spline along its length will not be equidistant from the border all along but will vary in its distance from the border because .. because?.. because India is not completely round like a circle. I hope this is understood. [Explain to your esteemed readers what do you mean. Make a circle first - say that if presuming this is India, then in that case make an inner circle and then still further an inner circle (concentric circles) and then blah blah and then say that India on the map is not a circle and then explain - explain how in an inner perimeter then (in one of the rounds) the earlier area will begin to get covered 'again; and we don't want that. Say also that you want to keep moving round round in India again and again ;-) - I Love My India! - till the time you come to the circle immediately around the centre of gravity of India and then soon after that it is over. :-( Sob. .. .. .Wait, .. then you start again! Wah! Hoo-rr-aa-h. I Love My India Bhai!, O Blimey?!] Yes, I would then start all over again. Yes? .. O Blimey!

Calculations:

30 Lakhs sqkms total
1 day of tour and 2 days at home
6 days on tour and 12 days at home then (you can't be on tour or on site forever for that long stretch of time)
So, therefore 30 Lakhs becomes 90 Lakhs for calculations
Thus, 1 sqkm per day of tour --> 90 Lakh days of life
100 sqkms per day of tour --> 90 Thousand days of life
1000 sqkms per day of tour --> 9000 days of life
9000 days of life is a little under 25 years
So 1000 x 5 = 5000 sqkm per day of tour  --> 25 / 5 = 5 years
This means 10,000 sqkm per day of tour --> 30 months (2.5 years)
Can you do 10,000 sqkm of earth in a day?
Can you do, let's say, 100 km by 100 km of earth in a day?

So then perhaps cover the border only to begin with - give yourself 30 months - and decide upon, say, 3 kms from the border. [expand on this.]
Border length of 22623 km in 30 months means here 22623 in 10 months of actual tour days. This means 2262 kms in 1 month or 30 days and this means 75 kms of border length daily on the tour days. Can you do it? .. :-) Mera Desh Badaa Hai. I am contemplating covering the 'site' by foot actually mostly except for travel to site and from site from and to Delhi. So can this be done?
So then perhaps 30 months it is and 75 km daily it is and till 1 km from the border it is. After that how to cover the inside of the country we shall see. Uske baad desh ke andar kaise karenge woh dekhenge | When do you plan to start?!
