In the earlier to earlier post (please follow link from this post and then further) I had mentioned about police personnel policing the boundaries. It went like this:-

I feel I need to clarify or elaborate that the chiefs of boundaries’ policing (officers or personnel who are heading) are only 1 in no. for that boundary. This means the following:-
The Additional Commissioner (DIG) policing the Nation Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire country. 1 DIG (AdCP) will be selected.
The DCP Selection Cadre (SSP) policing the ‘somewhere between State and National Boundary’ is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire country. 1 SSP (DCP Slctn Cdr) will be selected.
The DCP (SP) policing the State Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire State. 1 SP (DCP) will be selected.
The AdDCP (AdSP) policing the Division Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire Division. 1 AdSP (AdDCP) will be selected.
The ACP (DSP) policing the District Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire District. 1 DSP (ACP) will be selected.
The Inspector policing the Tehsil (Taluk) or Block Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire Taluk or Block. 1 Inspector will be selected.
The Sub Inspector policing the Postal Pin Code Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire Postal Pin Code. 1 SI will be selected.
The Assistant Sub Inspector policing the Sub Post Office area Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire Sub Post Office area. 1 ASI will be selected.
The Head Constable policing the Cluster Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire Cluster. 1 HC will be selected.
The Constable policing the Neighbourhood Boundary is only 1 in number. He will be selected from the entire Neighbourhood. 1 Cnstbl will be selected.

And so on.

Five senior most positions - i). Secretary RAW or Secretary SPG aided by 3 Commissioners (DGPs), ii). Director Intelligence Bureau (DIB) aided by 3 Special Commissioners (AdDGPs), iii). Commissioner (DGP) aided by 3 JtCPs (IGs), iv). Special Commissioner (AdDGP) aided by 3 Additional Commissioners (DIGs), v). Joint Commissioner (IG) aided by 3 DCPs Slctn Cdr (SSPs) - are not mentioned because they were not assigned. Please see earlier post/s. But anyway in theory they too will be one only (one head for one respective geopolitical entity).

Essentially I am saying that any geopolitical boundary ‘incharge’ or head or chief is only 1 in number. He/she is selected from that ‘entire (respective) geopolitical entity’.

Next Post carries updates on the ‘numbers’ of geopolitical entities and/or the attributes of any address. Revisions, changes are there. As I am preparing this write up for the government/s (even foreign) I am myself amending my own earlier suggestions. I have to send a thread of approximately 25 tweets to certain handles. Tweets are being composed still though I started over ten days ago. Draft is below (incomplete yet of course). They have to be amended, edited, added upon. Handles to which these will be sent are father of SSR, their family lawyer/s, sisters to SSR, Ishkaran Bhandary, Subramaniam Swamy, Gaurav Bhatia, Republic TV Channel, Times Now TV Channel, Arnab Goswami, Navika, DG Police Bihar, Former DG Police UP, Offices of Law Ministry, Health Ministry, Home Ministry - all India Central, Kangana Ranaut, Ujjwal Nikam, Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Ajay Alok, Nilotpal Mrinal, Barnali Advocate, Atul Sarpande, Sameer Wankhede, CBI handles/s, others. I will try to send these also to all current DG Police of all States of India (barring Maharashtra - sad, ironic).

Compulsion was what? Compulsion was this that some opportunist, stupid, bad people are saying that SSR was already psychiatric case and that psychiatric medication was justified therefore. They are also saying that family knew about it and the bad people are trying to twist the case/matter. This can be very agonising, distressing for the family of the victim who is not there to defend.

So I am just trying to help by letting be in the public domain a very similar case from earlier from Delhi. And intention is not to ride on the national anger SSR case.

Some media channels have floated theory or false paradigm #SSR was already psychiatric case & he himself asked for medication. I understand this can be very distressful & agonising for family. This is why I present blogger to read, also for public. Maybe it helps in case, #fight.

Very broadly I am saying following:-

First they give drugs surreptitiously that affect heart, brain, mind, glands, nerves etc. All are weakened, integrity is destroyed & m. many other things happen.

Person starts complaining of unusual stuff (dreams, agitation, horror, fear etc).

Theek thaak person suddenly becomes patient(!) for a psychiatrist in few days. Shrink says since you are experiencing such & such symptoms organically (something is wrong with you) therefore U R a psychiatric case & thus U take such & such drug. He will not tell patient that he has been drugged from earlier which ..

Then they start with more horrific regimen.

Boundaries (incl in brain) are lost, targets (in addition to what day, month) lost, workaholic becomes total home bound & non-useful. Lack of awareness sets in (not sure whether SSR developed it), agitation, nervousness, muscle fatigue, brain tissue damage occur .. (v long list).

Body (incl spine + back) become heavy (SSR developed it?), intellect, intelligence, IQ are severely affected, degeneration all levels sets in, Calcium Vitamin-D system is destroyed, systems (respiratory, circulatory, muscular, skeletal, #ENDOCRINE, nervous, .. all) are damaged.

Person becomes fearful & has horror in background (quotes from horror - not easy to explain this actually), entire development pattern is lost (many will not understand this), person has to live his entire life again (& that cannot happen of course), identity is lost, idea of self lost, ..

Person is traumatic for no reason, sleep is lost completely (not sure whether SSR developed this). The brain neural network is damaged, brain connections are deliberately broken by these psychiatrists, axons are damaged, broken, shortened, entire make up is damaged, neurons, synapse, dendrite are damaged, 

A boiled potato is different from a micro wave potato (micro wave potato is not the same anymore - its swaroop has changed completely, it is not potato anymore, but boiled potato is still potato). This description you will not find anywhere in the world I think. I am giving you, coz I live it.

Swaroop implies internal complexion, internal characteristics, its atomic, cellular, molecular structure. Many people will differ with me on this. I don’t care. I stand my ground.

- Crime scene was dressed, tampered with; use of bldg itself, where my private room was, has changed

There are many similarities though there are some dissimilarities too. Nevertheless I present the blogspot.

Differ 1: I was subjected to attack for 2 months (#SSRs was longer, yes?) but it was an extremely heavy duty sudden attack (oral + intravenous) on my entire state of being.

Much is unsent, and still much less is written here.

Plz do not get me wrong - for family, friends of #SushantSinghRajput - but after administration of steroids, psychiatric drugs for a prolonged period person can never be same again. He can take as much Holistic Medicine etc but only miraculous divine intervention may help.

And thus SSR had to suffer in his youth and leave the mortal plane due to someone else’s jealousy, false ego, insecurity, greed, lust, raw animal killer instinct, 

But ones who care can pray he comes back again with subtle added security covers and is nudged by grace 

.. by grace if at all required (divine grace), from misfortune etc, that circumstances will be subtly different and quiet subtle automatic filter mechanisms (divine) will be in place inconspicuously and that many accomplisments are in store next time around. :-) There is power in prayer.

It was my wish to prepare a write up and then send relevant tweets - with link of that write up - to Indian Government Officials’ twitter handles much before 3 May 2020, last day of Lockdown 2.0 India due to COVID-19 epidemic caused by SARS-CoV-2. Owing to health reasons, however, it could not be. It was not complete. It is yet not complete. It is still being drafted. I am trying to put a few things in perspective actually. Country is facing a dilemma. The incomplete :-( draft is below. I am trying to cover two aspects

i a. policing of geopolitical boundaries

i b. availability of maps (all levels) first of all (Survey Of India?)

ii a. 3D charts, graphs updated real time across offices in country telling about red, orange, green zones or areas (state, division, district, tahsil (sub division), postal pin code, sub post office area - say pocket, then further down - say cluster, then still further down - say neighbourhood or mohalla, then still still further down - say gali or street).

ii b. how and when to allow inter boundary travel

Indian Central and State Governments both should be very careful when going for relaxations during these Corona Virus times. We already have States and Union Territory borders defined in maps as also Divisions (mandals) and Districts boundaries. There should also be maps available for all Tahsils, Taluks (Sub Divisions). Are they there? It is my intelligent guess that Survey Of India has brought them out. Defined boundaries, extents, jurisdictions by way of maps should also be available for all Postal Pin Codes, all sub post offices. Yes. Then right from Constable through ASI through Inspector through SP (DCP) through DIG (AdCP) ‘through’ DGP (Commissioner) different ranks should police their jurisdictions (borders).

My focus is on containment. FOCUS: CONTAINMENT.  This means that inter border travel restriction or control is the target theme for this post. OK? So the ranks with their associated policing jurisdictions mentioned below tell about the borders that they will police, and not necessarily inside of those respective borders. Plus these ranks are dedicated towards this assigned task for the duration of the problem - this SARS-CoV-2 causing COVID-19 disease matter. Here goes:-

Some Points you noticed:-

There are Secretary RAW (or Secy SPG) and then DIB above the police ranks in this list. They are without such assigned tasks.

Plus, I have left the DGP (Commissioner), AdDGP (Special Commissioner), IGP (Joint Commissioner) too without assigned tasks.

Plus I have assigned DIGP (Additional Commissioner) the National Boundary straightaway, I have assigned SSP (Deputy Commissioner Selection Cadre) a responsibility for something (or boundary or akin to boundary) somewhere between Nation and a State - exactly what I don’t know yet.

Note: I repeat that the ranks are ‘dedicated’ towards their assigned borders during these times. They will ordinarily not be assigned other routine tasks.

Now for example DCP aided by 3 ACPs are incharge of entire state. These 3 ACPs are (firstly) different from ones in charge of district elsewhere and (secondly) in turn are each aided by 3 Sub Inspectors who again are (firstly) different from ones in charge of postal code area elsewhere and (secondly) in turn are each aided by 3 HCs who once again are (firstly) different from ones in charge of ‘next division or break up after sub post office area’ (or defined as cluster in this post) elsewhere and (secondly) in turn are each aided by 3 Grade 1 volunteers from public.

Another important thing is that any personnel heading any geopolitical boundary is not necessarily going to be mobile. He will monitor from some centre as assigned, deemed fit. Ones who are aiding him will be, and further ones in turn will be more mobile.

Thus in the above example, DCP will not necessarily be mobile. All 3 ACPs will be. Further down Sub Inspectors - 9 in nos - will be more mobile. Further down Head Constables - 27 in nos - will be still more.

Now it will be evident that I am assigning 3 subordinates to any personnel and not 2 and not 4, not 1 and not 5, not 6 or 7 or 8. This is not binding. It can vary. Of course it can vary. But I will suggest that you keep this as base model. Theek hai?

Another thing evident is that when assigning subordinates I don’t pick the one next junior in rank but two ranks junior. This is because I want to do away with problems of ego, of non-subordination, of indiscipline (jaa main teri baat nahin maantaa jo karnaa hai kar le). Although this may not be there as much ordinarily, but I have tried to do away with it as much. You see (example) I am AdCP (DIG) and I don’t think much of the JtCP (IG) immediately above me because in my opinion he is non deserving, he is lallu panju, he doesn’t know much (kuchh aataa jaataa to hai nahin) and in this scenario if I have to take orders from him then I will be cringing day in day out, my sleep (whatever I get) will be disturbed, uneasy. But if I have to take orders from SpCP (AdDGP) then even though I might have doubts on his ability as well but I am more likely to be at ease and follow his instructions because he is two ranks senior and I will think somewhere in my head that yaar aise hi to mere se do ranks oopar nahih hai yeh bandaa. So I am more likely to abide by diktat of SpCP (AdDGP) than JtCP (IG). And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the reason of ‘two ranks difference’.

Now I will give a real example of which officer/personnel is in charge of what type ‘geopoitical boundary’:

About Pocket, Cluster, Neighbourhood, Street: Earlier I have mentioned this heirarchy for the sake of this post - Postal Pin code area, then Pocket, then Cluster, then Neighbourhood, then Street.

Question will definitely arise as to how, why am I assigning entire state to DCP (SP)?, assigning entire Postal Pin Code to Sub Inspector?, and so on. Answer is that they are (and I repeat) assigned ‘boundaries’ and not what happens ‘within that boundary’. This implies that suddenly you realise that the scope of my post is very limited. Only boundaries? Yes, you can say that scope is limited. But it is an important aspect.

Another thing: All of the country is not residential. There are industrial zones, forest areas, other areas, .. what am I talking about? How will I cover those? .. .. I am aware of that. Those are covered. Boundary is boundary, whether it is residential, industrial, whatever else. So a Sub Inspector (example) anywhere has a very different complexion to his work, duty than his counterpart elsewhere. Yes, that will happen. So what? Same applies to Inspector, same applies to ASI, same applies with other ranks.

Now about zones - green, orange, red.

These colour coding or identification has been done by Indian authorities and I will quote that or use that for simplicity, for ease.

Obviously a Constable (whether in charge of neighbourhood or aiding ASI - pocket wala ASI) somewhere in country, for instance, can have a very great difference in responsibility and stress compared to any other elsewhere in country at any given time. At the same time, a Constable who hitherto doesn’t seem to have trouble because there was no case around will suddenly see a very different scenario any time and his work, his responsibility will dramatically change. He/she has to be prepared. ‘Till today it was like this or that or easy or passing time or boring and suddenly all hell has broken loose’. This will happen. Be prepared. C’mon! And once you have been assigned then it is expected that you will be dedicated towards that. No change in personnel normally unless you suffer grievous injury or you die - number one! And number two - no asking for more contemporaries (constables) or juniors or seniors unless you feel that your own jaan maal (and health) is ‘really’ at risk.

And what applies to constable above applies to Sub Inspector, applies to AdDCP, applies to AdCP, essentially applies to everybody in police ranks.

So every small small portion of the country has an address which starts with the following (example):-

This will in all certainty require unbiased investigations by either India's Central Bureau of Investigation or Delhi Police's Crime Branch or Special Cell. It has been 11 years plus and I need my life back. At the very outset a retired Indian Army Brigadier has to be taken into custody and methods applied on him to find truth. It won't be easy but. He is an Army Man, an ex Senior Officer. He is Brigadier S. Sudarsanan. His mobile number in Nov Dec 2007 was 9891838955. He also shouts, he intimidates, he was the front line agent of this mafia. He is a 'initiation-of-slow-murder-criminal' and 'forceful, intentfully-causing-debilitation criminal' and more. (This entire matter is not only about his shouting and intimidating btw.)

Attack on me took place in Janakpuri's Khanna Nursing Home in Block C4F from 6th to 9th (or 10th) Nov 2007 continuously, another day in Nov Dec 2007, and then again on 30th Dec 2007. I was admitted in Khanna Nursing Home starting 3rd Nov 2007. I wanted to leave on 6th Nov 2007 morning but was not allowed. They started with their nefarious agenda. On 9th (or 10th Nov 2007) I was forcibly sent back when actually because of their drugs and poisons my condition had become very strange, weird, dangerous, horrifying, traumatic etc. It was serious. Note that I wanted to leave on 061107 but was not allowed. I was forcibly made to stay. And note that later (9th or 10th) I was forcibly sent back when I was just not in a condition because of their poisons.

My health went bad immediately and its complexion changed and worsened and got added upon or modified in the coming days, weeks, months, years. My entire work got stopped instantly, or with immediate effect (Nov 2007). My rozi roti was affected instantly. It continues to date. Fallout is grave. In the Nursing Home actual (conspicuous) physical attempts to murder me took place 'additionally'. In the Nursing Home unknown-to-me people came and threatened me 'additionally'. In the Nursing Home anonymous woman/women came and represented me without my knowledge 'additionally'. I still don't know who those women were. It took me several months to get to a state where I could muster up courage to write my first email to 'Medical Council Of India'. I still remember that as I was sending that first email in 2012 my heart was pounding and I thought that something terrible is going to happen to me and that I will die there and then. Point is that my mind, brain, heart, state of being are affected, damaged. Glands of body are damaged. Nerves are damaged. 'Hardness', restraint, clamped body (entire), feeling-of-wood-in-legs, unnecessary guilt feeling, horror, fear, terror, loss of intellect amongst many more were induced. Eyes were being pressured (or pressurised)! I surmised myself later that optical chords have been squeezed or deformed! My brain was being squeezed! Parkinsons' symptoms are there. I am almost certain that they have induced Parkinsons'. Additionally 'thinking vertigo' and 'loss of body balance' are there now as a fallout of those poisons. There is degeneration, especially in the Neck and Head region. There is degeneration in the eyes. There is degeneration in the spine.

All my emails to MCI are also on a web address http://www.KindAttentionMCI.blogspot.com . I uploaded them there. In my subsequent emails I will either forward the same to you or send records of those as attachments. Some were already sent to CBI in 2013. Alas! Nothing happened but. Nothing had happened after my initial 4 emails to MCI. All 4 emails are different and important. When I did not receive response from MCI then I sent them a 5th email with questions. That was also not answered. Then the same 5th email was sent again under the RTI system to PIO, MCI. There was no response yet for months. Then the same was sent to FAA, MCI. Only after a long time after this a stupid response came from PIO, MCI. It was of no consequence anyway. FAA MCI had not responded, note. Then I went to CIC Office in August Kranti Bhawan Delhi in Dec 2014. I made more than one round. I was told by someone that documents are incomplete and that I should complete them first. That could have been a ploy to buy time actually. Conjecture (I have no tangible proof of this) is that unofficially the CIC people informed MCI about my visit to CIC Office. This fact may be of relevance for later but is being mentioned nevertheless. Truth dawns but that it's a very sad state of affairs in this country. Then a stupid response came from FAA MCI around 30th Dec 2014. It was inconsequential anyway. Early 2015 I could finally send to CIC via Speed Post my questions. Hearing took place on 23rd Dec 2015. In the Hearing I wanted to tell the Information Commissioner Yashowardhan Azad the entire case first and foremost and that 'this is not merely about the answering of questions'. I don't know what he understood. He made the entire matter into a complaint and asked of the MCI representatives present that Delhi Medical Council will look into this under their direction or supervision. My questions were not answered but! Abruptly the IC asked me to go. In the anxiety, I just couldn't prevail upon the IC during the Hearing to get my questions answered. When I came out of the Hearing I realised after a little time that 'O My God, my questions were not answered'. I wish to tell you that I 'did not' ask the IC to 'not answer' the questions. I was only briefing him first about the matter. As it was everything was difficult (it is still) and after so much toil when the RTI Hearing happened my questions were not answered and RTI Hearing went-a-begging as far as I am concerned. He had made the matter into a complaint though. I thought then that perhaps he knows what he is doing. So I had some hope. CIC File No. or Case No. is F.No.CIC/YA/A/2015/000226. In March 2016 I received a disastrous response from Secretary Girish Tyagi at Delhi Medical Council that this matter is 'vague and cryptic'! And I am telling you Delhi Police that this man Girish Tyagi is corrupt. Please note that DMC did not make any effort to make contact with me before sending me a convenient wash-hands-off letter. In the meantime I wrote also to the NHRC. The NHRC gave me a very sad response implying that since criminals are not public servants they can't do anything! PIO and FAA at MCI are public servants. At the very outset this was for the Medical Authorities (for what the Doctors did) and the Police (for what the 'Doctors and accomplices' did and also the more-than-one attempt at miscreancy including Attempt To Murder by 'outsiders' in the Nursing Home, some of which has very briefly been mentioned above - unknown women etc.). I was waiting for the Medical Authorities to start acting and then I would have reined in the police if the Medical Authorities themselves were not to (if they did not) rein in the Police, that's what I had in mind. But now this matter is entirely for the Police. This is because the Medical Authorities are hand in glove with criminals and these Medical people - MCI people, DMC Secretary - apart from Doctors at Khanna Nursing Home plus that scoundrel Brigadier - have to be charged under various IPC Sections.

No report was supplied by Nursing Home and they rather were indulging in pushing and shoving me out later - this is known to MCI and DMC. In May 2014 I spoke with Sonu Khanna (Vivek - son of Subhash Khanna who was Chief Doctor at KNH) and he said that no medicine stays in body for more than one day. This is चोर की दाड़ी में तिनका . And by the way there are drugs that can stay in the body for weeks, even months. So this Doctor needs to be educated. It is not only about the duration of the staying-of-drugs in the body but what the drugs actually did instantly. There are fundamental changes in the secretions etc. There are damages to the nerves. There are many conditions. Example: 'Get out of home for a few hours one day, and then spend the entire next 3-4 days at home sleeping recovering sleeping'. I will elaborate each and everything when I meet with you. There should be more than one. Before this dastardly attack on me I was a workaholic (मैं बस काम करता रहता था, काम और बस काम), and immediately during and after this attack my life just stopped. STOP, like that. I just couldn't work. I just couldn't sit in front of computer. I could not go out in the sun. Lack of awareness (which these drugs had induced) would increase. Something in the head would start to simmer as if the remainder (or end) of a fire is still smouldering! Sir, this is not exaggeration. You must believe me and take the entire mater seriously.There was a constant pervading lack of awareness as mentioned. I went into a trance for months, years. You please allow me a meeting with your good self. You please read my emails to the MCI. They are for your consumption also. You take it that whatever I have sent to them, is what I am sending to you / will be sending to you also. It's for your consumption also. At the very outset you can ask your Police Doctors what has been done to a person (myself) who says that 'suddenly hot water appears cold on the head'. What has been done to a person who says that 'suddenly (ever since 9th or 10th Nov 2007) he just can't sit in front of a Computer Monitor - especially the CRT (Cathode Ray Tube or CR Oscillioscope) Monitor, or a CRT Television. Lack of awareness sets in.'? What has been done to a person who 'suddenly just can't wear anything even-slightly-tight around the waist because he begins to lose consciousness'?! What has been done to a person who says that 'suddenly my back is tired and heavy, my entire spine is tired and heavy, my entire body is tired and heavy'? .. Chemical Castration? Chemical Castration without informing?! .. And these are not the only conditions. And why? (And why did the Information Commissioner not get my questions answered? IC Azad is later-accomplice? Goodness Gracious!) Consider that they (NH) did not supply Report despite asking for the same. Nursing Home people used to push away and send away the victim (myself) when he made repeated visits to the NH later for Report. Old-time Nurse would say "why do you need?, what will you do with Report?, go away."

I would also like to engage the Forensics Department of Police. I would like to show them my clothes from Nov Dec 2007, of 2008, even 2009. I want to show them and show you something about my clothes from that time. Clothes have as yet not been mentioned to MCI (I kept waiting for a response at least first). But Forensics of Police have to see. Something (that I have to show you) might appear trivial even to you and Forensics initially, but I know it is not trivial.

I want the CBI or the Delhi Police Special Cell or Crime Branch to TAKE THIS OVER COMPLETELY, each and everything - treatment etc. - apart from investigations. There is a hidden gang that subverts the minds of the Doctors or influences these Doctors in a corrupt way. Lies about me are being spread - character etc. It's shameful upon these Doctors that they are not willing to accept Sudarsanan as a criminal just because he is a Doctor himself. Perhaps they have been threatened by the stalking mafia. There is also a hunch that some Delhi Police personnel might be involved clandestinely in this.

I received a response from Delhi Police (tweet) in 210617 that I should meet with Staff Officer JtCP SWR and/but it appears that they meet only till 2:00 PM (whichever week day they will meet) and sadly, surprisingly - or whichever way you look at it - this is the single reason that I have not been able to meet. I mean I can manage around say 6 or 7 PM some day, ironically because of the conditions themselves.

This is apparently not the only email that I will be sending to you. But you please make a case immediately and arrest the Brigadier first and foremost. You also have to slap charges on Girish Tyagi DMC Secretary and do a full full enquiry on his appointment as Secretary at DMC! He is incompetent, he is a work shirker. His appointment as Secretary and whatever else at DMC is "vague and cryptic". If it were not the case then he would not have sent me 'vague and cryptic' response. This latter enquiry you may do separately. I'm foremost concerned with my getting back my life. I WANT MY LIFE BACK. When you read my emails to MCI it will be apparent as to why it took that long for me to make that first communication to MCI. Guts, courage, confidence was all gone, I was in a very different world, a VERY SCARY HORRIFYING WORLD. I was a different person, I was not the same person (I still am not) what I used to be. I was in a persistent state of high trauma, agitation, worry, guilt (guilt for no reason). My heart would skip beats! My sleep had vanished completely. I remember that not only in Nov Dec 2007 but in January 2008 also I had not slept for 10-12 days at a stretch(!) and that is mighty dangerous. Health is bad, though it may not be apparent in that first look. Energy levels are bad, there is body balance problem. I have already fallen at least once (around 2 years ago) and currently also quite often I just have to stop and take support suddenly while walking because of vertigo. Word has been spread around that it is cervical but that little cervical does not cause this grave vertigo. My heart still goes DHAMM DHAMM DHAMM DHAMM at times suddenly. Strange heaviness sets in. Some deviation, some diversion (blood flow) 'somewhere' has been induced. Pucca.

I might never recover as is apparent. I need a compensation of Rs. 10,000 Crores from all players involved and I need these players to be in jail for 10,000 years. No compensation is enough. I was forcibly made to stay. And note that later (9th or 10th) I was forcibly sent back when I was just not in a condition because of their poisons.

My health went bad immediately and its complexion changed and worsened and got added upon or modified in the coming days, weeks, months, years. My entire work got stopped instantly, or with immediate effect (immediately). My rozi roti was affected instantly. It continues to date. In the Nursing Home actual (conspicuous) physical attempts to murder me took place 'additionally'. In the Nursing Home unknown-to-me people came and threatened me 'additionally'. In the Nursing Home anonymous women came and represented me without my knowledge 'additionally'. I still don't know who those women were. It took me several months to get to a state where I could muster up courage to write my first email to 'Medical Council Of India'. I still remember that as I was sending that first email in 2012 my heart was pounding and I thought that something terrible is going to happen to me and that I will die there and then. Point is that my mind, brain, heart, state of being are affected, damaged. Glands of body are damaged. Nerves are damaged. 'Hardness', restraint, unnecessary guilt feeling, horror, fear, terror, loss of intellect amongst many more were induced. Parkinsons' symptoms are there. I am almost certain that they have induced Parkinsons'. Additionally 'thinking vertigo' and 'loss of body balance' are there now as a fallout of those poisons. There is degeneration, especially in the Neck and Head region. There is degeneration in the eyes. There is degeneration in the spine.

All my emails to MCI are also on a web address http://KindAttentionMCI.blogspot.com . I uploaded them there. In my subsequent emails I will either forward the same to you or send records of those as attachments. Some were already sent to CBI in 2013. Alas! Nothing happened but. Nothing had happened after my initial 4 emails to MCI. When I did not receive response from MCI then I sent them a 5th email with questions. That was also not answered. Then the same 5th email was sent again via the RTI method to PIO, MCI. There was no response yet. Then the same was sent to FAA, MCI. Nothing happened still. Later a stupid response came from PIO, MCI. It was of no consequence anyway. FAA MCI had not responded, note. Then I went to CIC Office in August Kranti Bhawan Delhi in Dec 2014. I made more than one round. I was told by someone that documents are incomplete and that I should complete them first. That could have been a ploy to buy time actually. Then a stupid response came from FAA MCI around 30th Dec 2014. It was inconsequential anyway. Early 2015 I could finally send to CIC via Speed Post my questions. Hearing took place on 23rd Dec 2015. In the Hearing I wanted to tell the Information Commissioner Yashowardhan Azad the entire case first and foremost and that 'this is not merely about the answering of questions'. I don't know what he understood. He made the entire matter into a complaint and asked of the MCI representatives present that Delhi Medical Council will look into this under their direction or supervision. My questions were not answered but! Abruptly the IC asked me to go. In the anxiety, I just couldn't prevail upon the IC during the Hearing to get my questions answered. When I came out of the Hearing I realised after a little time that 'O My God, my questions were not answered'. I wish to tell you that I 'did not' ask the IC to 'not answer' the questions. I was only briefing him first about the matter. He made the matter into a complaint. I thought then that perhaps he knows what he is doing. So I had some hope.

In March 2016 I received a disastrous response from Secretary Girish Tyagi at Delhi Medical Council that this matter is 'vague and cryptic'! And I am telling you Delhi Police that this man Girish Tyagi is corrupt. Please note that DMC did not make any effort to make contact with me before sending me a convenient wash-hands-off letter. I had not been asked by IC to contact DMC. DMC and MCI were supposed to make contact with me. They had not.

The 5th email to the MCI and then the sending again of that email via RTI are also on the web address mentioned above. More emails were sent to MCI later. They also have since landed up on that web address. They will also be sent to you.

In the meantime I wrote also to the NHRC. The NHRC gave me a very sad response implying that since criminals are not public servants they can't do anything! PIO and FAA at MCI are public servants. So I don't know why NHRC responded thus. Later 'Secretary Girish Tyagi at DMC is a public servant' fact was brought to the notice of NHRC again. But NHRC response was same again! Strange.

At the very outset this was for the Medical Authorities (for what the Doctors did) and the Police (for what the 'Doctors and accomplices' did and also the more-than-one attempt at miscreancy including Attempt To Murder by 'outsiders' in the Nursing Home, some of which has very briefly been mentioned above - unknown women etc.). I was waiting for the Medical Authorities to start acting and then I would have reined in the police if the Medical Authorities themselves were not to (if they did not) rein in the Police, that's what I had in mind. But now this matter is entirely for the Police. This is because the Medical Authorities are hand in glove with criminals and these Medical people - MCI people, DMC Secretary -  apart from Doctors at Khanna Nursing Home plus that scoundrel Brigadier - have to be charged under various IPC Sections.

No report was supplied by Nursing Home and they rather were indulging in pushing and shoving me out later - this is known to MCI and DMC. In 2014 I spoke with Vikas Khanna (son of Subhash Khanna who was Chief Doctor at KNH) and he said that no medicine stays in body for more than one day. This is चोर की दाड़ी में तिनका . And by the way there are drugs that can stay in the body for weeks, even months. So this Doctor needs to be educated. It is not only about the duration of the staying-of-drugs in the body but what the drugs actually did instantly. There are fundamental changes in the secretions etc. There are damages to the nerves. There are many conditions. Example: 'Get out of home for a few hours one day, and then spend the entire next 3-4 days at home sleeping recovering sleeping'. I will elaborate each and everything. Before this dastardly attack on me I was a workaholic, and immediately during and after this attack my life just stopped. STOP, like that. I just couldn't work. I just couldn't sit in front of computer. I could not go out in the sun. There was a lack of awareness. I went into a trance for months, years. You please allow me a meeting with your good self. You please read my emails to the MCI. They are for your consumption also. You take it that whatever I have sent to them, is what I am sending to you / will be sending to you also. It's for your consumption also. At the very outset you can ask your Police Doctors what has been done to a person (myself) who says that 'suddenly hot water appears cold on the head'. What has been done to a person who says that 'suddenly (ever since 9th or 10th Nov 2007) he just can't sit in front of a Computer Monitor - especially the CRT (Cathode Ray Tube or CR Oscillioscope) Monitor, or a CRT Television'? Lack of awareness sets in. What has been done to a person who 'suddenly just can't wear anything even-slightly-tight around the waist because he begins to lose consciousness'?! What has been done to a person who says that 'suddenly my back is tired and heavy, my entire spine is tired and heavy, my entire body is tired and heavy'? Chemical Castration? Chemical Castration without informing? And these are not the only conditions. And why? (And why did the Information Commissioner not get my questions answered? IC Azad is later-accomplice? Goodness Gracious!) Consider that they (NH) did not supply Report despite asking for the same. Nursing Home people used to push away and send away the victim (myself) when he made repeated visits to the NH later for Report. Nurse would say "why do you need?, go away."

I would also like to engage the Forensics Department . I would like to show them my clothes from Nov Dec 2007, of 2008, even 2009. I want to show them and show you something about my clothes from that time. Clothes have as yet not been mentioned to MCI (I kept waiting for a response at least first). But Forensics of Police have to see. Something (that I have to show you) might appear trivial even to you and Forensics initially, but I know it is not trivial.

This is apparently not the only email that I will be sending to you. But you please make a case immediately and arrest the Brigadier first and foremost. You also have to slap charges on Girish Tyagi DMC Secretary and do a full full enquiry on his appointment as Secretary at DMC! He is incompetent, he is a work shirker. His appointment as Secretary and whatever else at DMC is "vague and cryptic". If it were not the case then he would not have sent me 'vague and cryptic' response. When you read my emails to MCI it will be apparent as to why it took that long for me to make that first communication to MCI. When I meet with you in person I will explain why is it that I have been tweeting to DelPol that I wish to meet with you and yet I don't come down to ITO Office. But you can guess right. Health is bad, though it may not be apparent in that first look. I received a response from Delhi Police (tweet) that I should meet with Staff Officer and/but it appears that they meet only till 2:00 PM (whichever week day they will meet) and sadly, surprisingly - or whichever way you look at it - this is the single reason that I have not been able to meet. I mean I can manage around say 6 or 7 PM some day, ironically because of the conditions themselves.

I might never recover as is apparent. I need a compensation of Rs. 10,000 Crores from all players involved and I need these players to be in jail. No compensation is enough. And I have not exaggerated. That chap Sudarsanan - catch him, CATCH HIM. Get hold of him. He is a morally bankrupt khabees ki aulaad. AND HE IS AN ARMY OFICER EX! He was also trading his daughters! You cannot pass away his mentioning of his own daughters as a mere faux pas. There is much more to what meets the eye. Khanna Subhash is dead (Dec 2016). Don't let Sudarsanan die without punishment and before he has ogled out his handlers names from whom he has in all probability received hawala funding. He is a terrorist.
