SSR Murder. Similarities with earlier case. Tweet Storm

I have to send a thread of approximately 25 tweets to certain handles. Tweets are being composed still though I started over ten days ago. Draft is below (incomplete yet of course). They have to be amended, edited, added upon. Handles to which these will be sent are father of SSR, their family lawyer/s, sisters to SSR, Ishkaran Bhandary, Subramaniam Swamy, Gaurav Bhatia, Republic TV Channel, Times Now TV Channel, Arnab Goswami, Navika, DG Police Bihar, Former DG Police UP, Offices of Law Ministry, Health Ministry, Home Ministry - all India Central, Kangana Ranaut, Ujjwal Nikam, Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Ajay Alok, Nilotpal Mrinal, Barnali Advocate, Atul Sarpande, Sameer Wankhede, CBI handles/s, others. I will try to send these also to all current DG Police of all States of India (barring Maharashtra - sad, ironic).

Compulsion was what? Compulsion was this that some opportunist, stupid, bad people are saying that SSR was already psychiatric case and that psychiatric medication was justified therefore. They are also saying that family knew about it and the bad people are trying to twist the case/matter. This can be very agonising, distressing for the family of the victim who is not there to defend.

So I am just trying to help by letting be in the public domain a very similar case from earlier from Delhi. And intention is not to ride on the national anger SSR case.

Some media channels have floated theory or false paradigm #SSR was already psychiatric case & he himself asked for medication. I understand this can be very distressful & agonising for family. This is why I present blogger to read, also for public. Maybe it helps in case, #fight.

Very broadly I am saying following:-

First they give drugs surreptitiously that affect heart, brain, mind, glands, nerves etc. All are weakened, integrity is destroyed & m. many other things happen.

Person starts complaining of unusual stuff (dreams, agitation, horror, fear etc).

Theek thaak person suddenly becomes patient(!) for a psychiatrist in few days. Shrink says since you are experiencing such & such symptoms organically (something is wrong with you) therefore U R a psychiatric case & thus U take such & such drug. He will not tell patient that he has been drugged from earlier which ..

Then they start with more horrific regimen.

Boundaries (incl in brain) are lost, targets (in addition to what day, month) lost, workaholic becomes total home bound & non-useful. Lack of awareness sets in (not sure whether SSR developed it), agitation, nervousness, muscle fatigue, brain tissue damage occur .. (v long list).

Body (incl spine + back) become heavy (SSR developed it?), intellect, intelligence, IQ are severely affected, degeneration all levels sets in, Calcium Vitamin-D system is destroyed, systems (respiratory, circulatory, muscular, skeletal, #ENDOCRINE, nervous, .. all) are damaged.

Person becomes fearful & has horror in background (quotes from horror - not easy to explain this actually), entire development pattern is lost (many will not understand this), person has to live his entire life again (& that cannot happen of course), identity is lost, idea of self lost, ..

Person is traumatic for no reason, sleep is lost completely (not sure whether SSR developed this). The brain neural network is damaged, brain connections are deliberately broken by these psychiatrists, axons are damaged, broken, shortened, entire make up is damaged, neurons, synapse, dendrite are damaged, 

A boiled potato is different from a micro wave potato (micro wave potato is not the same anymore - its swaroop has changed completely, it is not potato anymore, but boiled potato is still potato). This description you will not find anywhere in the world I think. I am giving you, coz I live it.

Swaroop implies internal complexion, internal characteristics, its atomic, cellular, molecular structure. Many people will differ with me on this. I don’t care. I stand my ground.

- shrink is hastily gate crashed by conniving MedicalFacility & masqueraders. Pals!?

- Hospitals + Doctors are complicit in crime

- Active police involvement, then denials & coverups.

- Crime scene was dressed, tampered with; use of bldg itself, where my private room was, has changed

- slander, false narratives, hallucination allegations.

- SSR was 34, I was 37+ (slight difference here)

- allegations that family knows (this I will cover later perhaps)

- many cartel players with 1 objective

- Prescription irregularities (first none, then almost blank and still later taken away by .. - here dissimilarity starts)

There are many similarities though there are some dissimilarities too. Nevertheless I present the blogspot.

Differ 1: I was subjected to attack for 2 months (#SSRs was longer, yes?) but it was an extremely heavy duty sudden attack (oral + intravenous) on my entire state of being.

Much is unsent, and still much less is written here.

Plz do not get me wrong - for family, friends of #SushantSinghRajput - but after administration of steroids, psychiatric drugs for a prolonged period person can never be same again. He can take as much Holistic Medicine etc but only miraculous divine intervention may help.

And thus SSR had to suffer in his youth and leave the mortal plane due to someone else’s jealousy, false ego, insecurity, greed, lust, raw animal killer instinct, 

But ones who care can pray he comes back again with subtle added security covers and is nudged by grace 

.. by grace if at all required (divine grace), from misfortune etc, that circumstances will be subtly different and quiet subtle automatic filter mechanisms (divine) will be in place inconspicuously and that many accomplisments are in store next time around. :-) There is power in prayer.

COVID-19 Lockdown and ‘boundaries’ policing suggestion

It was my wish to prepare a write up and then send relevant tweets - with link of that write up - to Indian Government Officials’ twitter handles much before 3 May 2020, last day of Lockdown 2.0 India due to COVID-19 epidemic caused by SARS-CoV-2. Owing to health reasons, however, it could not be. It was not complete. It is yet not complete. It is still being drafted. I am trying to put a few things in perspective actually. Country is facing a dilemma. The incomplete :-( draft is below. I am trying to cover two aspects

i a. policing of geopolitical boundaries

i b. availability of maps (all levels) first of all (Survey Of India?)

ii a. 3D charts, graphs updated real time across offices in country telling about red, orange, green zones or areas (state, division, district, tahsil (sub division), postal pin code, sub post office area - say pocket, then further down - say cluster, then still further down - say neighbourhood or mohalla, then still still further down - say gali or street).

ii b. how and when to allow inter boundary travel

Indian Central and State Governments both should be very careful when going for relaxations during these Corona Virus times. We already have States and Union Territory borders defined in maps as also Divisions (mandals) and Districts boundaries. There should also be maps available for all Tahsils, Taluks (Sub Divisions). Are they there? It is my intelligent guess that Survey Of India has brought them out. Defined boundaries, extents, jurisdictions by way of maps should also be available for all Postal Pin Codes, all sub post offices. Yes. Then right from Constable through ASI through Inspector through SP (DCP) through DIG (AdCP) ‘through’ DGP (Commissioner) different ranks should police their jurisdictions (borders).

My focus is on containment. FOCUS: CONTAINMENT.  This means that inter border travel restriction or control is the target theme for this post. OK? So the ranks with their associated policing jurisdictions mentioned below tell about the borders that they will police, and not necessarily inside of those respective borders. Plus these ranks are dedicated towards this assigned task for the duration of the problem - this SARS-CoV-2 causing COVID-19 disease matter. Here goes:-

Secretary RAW or Secretary SPG (rank 23 in order of precedence or ‘oop’) aided by 3 Commissioners (DGPs) (rank 25 in ‘oop’) each aided further by 3 JtCPs (IGs) and so on:

Director Intelligence Bureau (DIB) (rank 25 in ‘oop’) aided by 3 Special Commissioners (AdDGPs) each aided further by 3 Additional Commissioners (DIGs) and so on:

Grade 1 volunteer aided by public janata janaardan (grade 3): Still further smaller area (Street, say)

Some Points you noticed:-

There are Secretary RAW (or Secy SPG) and then DIB above the police ranks in this list. They are without such assigned tasks.

Plus, I have left the DGP (Commissioner), AdDGP (Special Commissioner), IGP (Joint Commissioner) too without assigned tasks.

Plus I have assigned DIGP (Additional Commissioner) the National Boundary straightaway, I have assigned SSP (Deputy Commissioner Selection Cadre) a responsibility for something (or boundary or akin to boundary) somewhere between Nation and a State - exactly what I don’t know yet.

Note: I repeat that the ranks are ‘dedicated’ towards their assigned borders during these times. They will ordinarily not be assigned other routine tasks.

Now for example DCP aided by 3 ACPs are incharge of entire state. These 3 ACPs are (firstly) different from ones in charge of district elsewhere and (secondly) in turn are each aided by 3 Sub Inspectors who again are (firstly) different from ones in charge of postal code area elsewhere and (secondly) in turn are each aided by 3 HCs who once again are (firstly) different from ones in charge of ‘next division or break up after sub post office area’ (or defined as cluster in this post) elsewhere and (secondly) in turn are each aided by 3 Grade 1 volunteers from public.

Another important thing is that any personnel heading any geopolitical boundary is not necessarily going to be mobile. He will monitor from some centre as assigned, deemed fit. Ones who are aiding him will be, and further ones in turn will be more mobile.

Thus in the above example, DCP will not necessarily be mobile. All 3 ACPs will be. Further down Sub Inspectors - 9 in nos - will be more mobile. Further down Head Constables - 27 in nos - will be still more.

Now it will be evident that I am assigning 3 subordinates to any personnel and not 2 and not 4, not 1 and not 5, not 6 or 7 or 8. This is not binding. It can vary. Of course it can vary. But I will suggest that you keep this as base model. Theek hai?

Another thing evident is that when assigning subordinates I don’t pick the one next junior in rank but two ranks junior. This is because I want to do away with problems of ego, of non-subordination, of indiscipline (jaa main teri baat nahin maantaa jo karnaa hai kar le). Although this may not be there as much ordinarily, but I have tried to do away with it as much. You see (example) I am AdCP (DIG) and I don’t think much of the JtCP (IG) immediately above me because in my opinion he is non deserving, he is lallu panju, he doesn’t know much (kuchh aataa jaataa to hai nahin) and in this scenario if I have to take orders from him then I will be cringing day in day out, my sleep (whatever I get) will be disturbed, uneasy. But if I have to take orders from SpCP (AdDGP) then even though I might have doubts on his ability as well but I am more likely to be at ease and follow his instructions because he is two ranks senior and I will think somewhere in my head that yaar aise hi to mere se do ranks oopar nahih hai yeh bandaa. So I am more likely to abide by diktat of SpCP (AdDGP) than JtCP (IG). And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the reason of ‘two ranks difference’.

Now I will give a real example of which officer/personnel is in charge of what type ‘geopoitical boundary’:

Some Head Constable: Entire C2 and its blocks (Cluster)

Some Constable: Entire C2B (Neighbourhood)

Volunteer Grade 1 (or Sipahi of Police wherever applicable): Some portion of C2B (say there are 3 portions) (Street)

About Pocket, Cluster, Neighbourhood, Street: Earlier I have mentioned this heirarchy for the sake of this post - Postal Pin code area, then Pocket, then Cluster, then Neighbourhood, then Street.

Question will definitely arise as to how, why am I assigning entire state to DCP (SP)?, assigning entire Postal Pin Code to Sub Inspector?, and so on. Answer is that they are (and I repeat) assigned ‘boundaries’ and not what happens ‘within that boundary’. This implies that suddenly you realise that the scope of my post is very limited. Only boundaries? Yes, you can say that scope is limited. But it is an important aspect.

Another thing: All of the country is not residential. There are industrial zones, forest areas, other areas, .. what am I talking about? How will I cover those? .. .. I am aware of that. Those are covered. Boundary is boundary, whether it is residential, industrial, whatever else. So a Sub Inspector (example) anywhere has a very different complexion to his work, duty than his counterpart elsewhere. Yes, that will happen. So what? Same applies to Inspector, same applies to ASI, same applies with other ranks.

Now about zones - green, orange, red.

These colour coding or identification has been done by Indian authorities and I will quote that or use that for simplicity, for ease.

Obviously a Constable (whether in charge of neighbourhood or aiding ASI - pocket wala ASI) somewhere in country, for instance, can have a very great difference in responsibility and stress compared to any other elsewhere in country at any given time. At the same time, a Constable who hitherto doesn’t seem to have trouble because there was no case around will suddenly see a very different scenario any time and his work, his responsibility will dramatically change. He/she has to be prepared. ‘Till today it was like this or that or easy or passing time or boring and suddenly all hell has broken loose’. This will happen. Be prepared. C’mon! And once you have been assigned then it is expected that you will be dedicated towards that. No change in personnel normally unless you suffer grievous injury or you die - number one! And number two - no asking for more contemporaries (constables) or juniors or seniors unless you feel that your own jaan maal (and health) is ‘really’ at risk.

And what applies to constable above applies to Sub Inspector, applies to AdDCP, applies to AdCP, essentially applies to everybody in police ranks.

So every small small portion of the country has an address which starts with the following (example):-

UAGRDDN (Uttarakhand State, Garhwal Division, Dehradun District)

or you could assign digits from 01 to 99 for all

which could be 270101 (27th state of Indian Union, first division, first district)

Another example:-

Here 110058 is a postal code (Janakpuri of some Tehsil of West Delhi District of some subdivision of Delhi NCT), 03 is in place of sub post office, 06 is in place of further sub division, 02 is name of still smaller area within, and 01 is nomenclature of still smaller area within.
