Reference: Attempt to murder me or render me to a vegetative state by an organised mafia with the aid of poisons and lethal steroids injected into my bloodstream by deceit in Nov-Dec 2007 in a private Nursing Home. Conspiracy. No Report was supplied by Medical Facility. I need treatment and I need all conspirators - involved actively, passively, or as partners - to be in jail after a proper thorough enquiry.

Please refer Reference above. I need justice. I need culprits to be in jail and I need suitable compensation from all the criminals. This will in all certainty require unbiased investigations by either India's Central Bureau of Investigation or Delhi Police's Crime Branch or Special Cell. It has been 11 years plus and I need my life back. At the very outset a retired Indian Army Brigadier has to be taken into custody and methods applied on him to find truth. It won't be easy but. He is an Army Man, a Senior Officer. He is Brigadier S. Sudarsanan. His mobile number in Nov Dec 2007 was 9891838955. He also shouts, he intimidates, he was the front line agent of this mafia. He is a murderer. (This entire matter is not only about his shouting and intimidating btw.)
Attack on me took place in Janakpuri's Khanna Nursing Home in Block C4F from 6th to 9th (or 10th) Nov 2007 continuously, another day in Nov Dec 2007, and then again on 30th Dec 2007. I was admitted in Khanna Nursing Home starting 3rd Nov 2007. I wanted to leave on 6th Nov 2007 morning but was not allowed. They started with their nefarious agenda. On 9th (or 10th Nov 2007) I was forcibly sent back when actually because of their drugs and poisons my condition had become very strange, weird, dangerous, horrifying, traumatic etc. Note that I wanted to leave on 061107 but was not allowed. I was forcibly made to stay. And note that later (9th or 10th) I was forcibly sent back when I was just not in a condition because of their poisons.
My health went bad immediately and its complexion changed and worsened and got added upon or modified in the coming days, weeks, months, years. My entire work got stopped instantly, or with immediate effect (immediately). My rozi roti was affected instantly. It continues to date. In the Nursing Home actual (conspicuous) physical attempts to murder me took place 'additionally'. In the Nursing Home unknown-to-me people came and threatened me 'additionally'. In the Nursing Home anonymous women came and represented me without my knowledge 'additionally'. I still don't know who those women were. It took me several months to get to a state where I could muster up courage to write my first email to 'Medical Council Of India'. I still remember that as I was sending that first email in 2012 my heart was pounding and I thought that something terrible is going to happen to me and that I will die there and then. Point is that my mind, brain, heart, state of being are affected, damaged. Glands of body are damaged. Nerves are damaged. 'Hardness', restraint, unnecessary guilt feeling, horror, fear, terror, loss of intellect amongst many more were induced. Parkinsons' symptoms are there. I am almost certain that they have induced Parkinsons'. Additionally 'thinking vertigo' and 'loss of body balance' are there now as a fallout of those poisons. There is degeneration, especially in the Neck and Head region. There is degeneration in the eyes. There is degeneration in the spine.
All my emails to MCI are also on a web address http://KindAttentionMCI.blogspot.com . I uploaded them there. In my subsequent emails I will either forward the same to you or send records of those as attachments. Some were already sent to CBI in 2013. Alas! Nothing happened but. Nothing had happened after my initial 4 emails to MCI. When I did not receive response from MCI then I sent them a 5th email with questions. That was also not answered. Then the same 5th email was sent again via the RTI method to PIO, MCI. There was no response yet. Then the same was sent to FAA, MCI. Nothing happened still. Later a stupid response came from PIO, MCI. It was of no consequence anyway. FAA MCI had not responded, note. Then I went to CIC Office in August Kranti Bhawan Delhi in Dec 2014. I made more than one round. I was told by someone that documents are incomplete and that I should complete them first. That could have been a ploy to buy time actually. Then a stupid response came from FAA MCI around 30th Dec 2014. It was inconsequential anyway. Early 2015 I could finally send to CIC via Speed Post my questions. Hearing took place on 23rd Dec 2015. In the Hearing I wanted to tell the Information Commissioner Yashowardhan Azad the entire case first and foremost and that 'this is not merely about the answering of questions'. I don't know what he understood. He made the entire matter into a complaint and asked of the MCI representatives present that Delhi Medical Council will look into this under their direction or supervision. My questions were not answered but! Abruptly the IC asked me to go. In the anxiety, I just couldn't prevail upon the IC during the Hearing to get my questions answered. When I came out of the Hearing I realised after a little time that 'O My God, my questions were not answered'. I wish to tell you that I 'did not' ask the IC to 'not answer' the questions. I was only briefing him first about the matter. He made the matter into a complaint. I thought then that perhaps he knows what he is doing. So I had some hope.
In March 2016 I received a disastrous response from Secretary Girish Tyagi at Delhi Medical Council that this matter is 'vague and cryptic'! And I am telling you Delhi Police that this man Girish Tyagi is corrupt. Please note that DMC did not make any effort to make contact with me before sending me a convenient wash-hands-off letter. I had not been asked by IC to contact DMC. DMC and MCI were supposed to make contact with me. They had not.
The 5th email to the MCI and then the sending again of that email via RTI are also on the web address mentioned above. More emails were sent to MCI later. They also have since landed up on that web address. They will also be sent to you.
In the meantime I wrote also to the NHRC. The NHRC gave me a very sad response implying that since criminals are not public servants they can't do anything! PIO and FAA at MCI are public servants. So I don't know why NHRC responded thus. Later 'Secretary Girish Tyagi at DMC is a public servant' fact was brought to the notice of NHRC again. But NHRC response was same again! Strange.
At the very outset this was for the Medical Authorities (for what the Doctors did) and the Police (for what the 'Doctors and accomplices' did and also the more-than-one attempt at miscreancy including Attempt To Murder by 'outsiders' in the Nursing Home, some of which has very briefly been mentioned above - unknown women etc.). I was waiting for the Medical Authorities to start acting and then I would have reined in the police if the Medical Authorities themselves were not to (if they did not) rein in the Police, that's what I had in mind. But now this matter is entirely for the Police. This is because the Medical Authorities are hand in glove with criminals and these Medical people - MCI people, DMC Secretary - apart from Doctors at Khanna Nursing Home plus that scoundrel Brigadier - have to be charged under various IPC Sections.

No report was supplied by Nursing Home and they rather were indulging in pushing and shoving me out later - this is known to MCI and DMC. In 2014 I spoke with Vikas Khanna (son of Subhash Khanna who was Chief Doctor at KNH) and he said that no medicine stays in body for more than one day. This is चोर की दाड़ी में तिनका . And by the way there are drugs that can stay in the body for weeks, even months. So this Doctor needs to be educated. It is not only about the duration of the staying-of-drugs in the body but what the drugs actually did instantly. There are fundamental changes in the secretions etc. There are damages to the nerves. There are many conditions. Example: 'Get out of home for a few hours one day, and then spend the entire next 3-4 days at home sleeping recovering sleeping'. I will elaborate each and everything. Before this dastardly attack on me I was a workaholic, and immediately during and after this attack my life just stopped. STOP, like that. I just couldn't work. I just couldn't sit in front of computer. I could not go out in the sun. There was a lack of awareness. I went into a trance for months, years. You please allow me a meeting with your good self. You please read my emails to the MCI. They are for your consumption also. You take it that whatever I have sent to them, is what I am sending to you / will be sending to you also. It's for your consumption also. At the very outset you can ask your Police Doctors what has been done to a person (myself) who says that 'suddenly hot water appears cold on the head'. What has been done to a person who says that 'suddenly (ever since 9th or 10th Nov 2007) he just can't sit in front of a Computer Monitor - especially the CRT (Cathode Ray Tube or CR Oscillioscope) Monitor, or a CRT Television'? Lack of awareness sets in. What has been done to a person who 'suddenly just can't wear anything even-slightly-tight around the waist because he begins to lose consciousness'?! What has been done to a person who says that 'suddenly my back is tired and heavy, my entire spine is tired and heavy, my entire body is tired and heavy'? Chemical Castration? Chemical Castration without informing? And these are not the only conditions. And why? (And why did the Information Commissioner not get my questions answered? IC Azad is later-accomplice? Goodness Gracious!) Consider that they (NH) did not supply Report despite asking for the same. Nursing Home people used to push away and send away the victim (myself) when he made repeated visits to the NH later for Report. Nurse would say "why do you need?, go away."
I would also like to engage the Forensics Department . I would like to show them my clothes from Nov Dec 2007, of 2008, even 2009. I want to show them and show you something about my clothes from that time. Clothes have as yet not been mentioned to MCI (I kept waiting for a response at least first). But Forensics of Police have to see. Something (that I have to show you) might appear trivial even to you and Forensics initially, but I know it is not trivial.
This is apparently not the only email that I will be sending to you. But you please make a case immediately and arrest the Brigadier first and foremost. You also have to slap charges on Girish Tyagi DMC Secretary and do a full full enquiry on his appointment as Secretary at DMC! He is incompetent, he is a work shirker. His appointment as Secretary and whatever else at DMC is "vague and cryptic". If it were not the case then he would not have sent me 'vague and cryptic' response. When you read my emails to MCI it will be apparent as to why it took that long for me to make that first communication to MCI. When I meet with you in person I will explain why is it that I have been tweeting to DelPol that I wish to meet with you and yet I don't come down to ITO Office. But you can guess right. Health is bad, though it may not be apparent in that first look. I received a response from Delhi Police (tweet) that I should meet with Staff Officer and/but it appears that they meet only till 2:00 PM (whichever week day they will meet) and sadly, surprisingly - or whichever way you look at it - this is the single reason that I have not been able to meet. I mean I can manage around say 6 or 7 PM some day, ironically because of the conditions themselves.
I might never recover as is apparent. I need a compensation of Rs. 10,000 Crores from all players involved and I need these players to be in jail. No compensation is enough. And I have not exaggerated. That chap Sudarsanan - catch him, CATCH HIM. Get hold of him. He is a morally bankrupt khabees ki aulaad. AND HE IS AN ARMY OFICER EX! He was also trading his daughters! You cannot pass away his mentioning of his own daughters as a mere faux pas. There is much more to what meets the eye. Khanna Subhash is dead (Dec 2016). Don't let Sudarsanan die without punishment and before he has ogled out his handlers names from whom he has in all probability received hawala funding. He is a terrorist. 'Brigadier Sudarsanan, Ex Dean AFMC Pune' is a terrorist. SC Khanna's death should not stop you from taking into custody Khanna Nursing Home's people of Nov Dec 2007.
