Letter Draft for India's Law Ministry under Ravi Shankar Prasad and Prime Minister's Office under Narendra Modi
Following is draft of correspondence being prepared at SVD's end to be sent to Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Law Minister, as also PMO.--------
Dear Sir,
If circumstances permit, if situations unfold favourably, then I would like to meet with you personally and apprise you of the dastardly attack on my entire state of being (attack by poisonous fluids intravenously) in 2007. This took place in Delhi Nursing Home over various days and also later at home. I have been writing to authorities since 2012 but they all seem either hand-in-glove in crime, or plain incompetent - there cannot be a probable third reason. I need justice and thus I wish to meet with you.
To begin with this matter was for the Medical Authorities (for what the Doctors etc. did) and was for the Law or Legal Machinery (Police and Law) (for the more-than-one attempt at murder and physical damage by unknown people etc.) but now it is entirely for the Police and Law (Medical Authorities should also be tried under law) because the Medical Authorities are also hand-in-glove.

It is much more than surreptitious clinical trials actually. More than one nefarious agenda of more than one wicked, crooked party, gang is involved in this. Attempt To Murder by unknown gangsters also took place. Unknown people came and made threatening gestures. Unknown women came to that Nursing Home and represented me?! I still don't know who these women are! One Nurse (who used to come to take BP) used to touch me inappropriately and play soft porn! I was kept mostly sedated in a private room in the building which is bang across the road opposite to Khanna Nursing Home, C4F, Janakpuri Delhi. It is not attached to Main Building. I stayed there for 6-7 days. Despite asking for report many times later the same was not supplied! In the Nursing Home one person posing as Doctor (perhaps he was Doctor) had put laser light in my right eye as I was sedated. The old time Nurse had seen him (she is other than the BP Nurse). My right eye is damaged since then - this was confirmed by a private Eye Centre later. The role of local Delhi Police personnel is also circumspect. Police will itself tell you with glee "usko retire kar diyaa gayaa hai (उसको रिटायर कर दिया गया है |)."
Apart from this I am now also becoming sure of the following:
I was sexually molested (I am male) by those unknown women, or still other women?!
I was strangulated but somehow I survived that strangulation.
I was hit in the head with a heavy object and that caused damage to my skull.
I need justice. I wrote to Medical Council Of India. They accepted bribes and didn't do anything. You don't believe me? Get an independent enquiry done. I was in fact expecting that they themselves would invoke the Police also but that didn't happen. They did not do anything. I invoked Central Information Commission. Sadly my questions were not answered! If that is not disastrous then what is? In the Order that I received later I noticed that IC had made some false remarks, I was shocked! IC says that 'I don't know names of Doctors'. That is false. Names of Doctors are there all along. I don't know what Y. Azad is saying. Matter was however sent to Delhi Medical Council. DMC too accepted bribes from well-organised well-rehearsed deep-pockets-mafia-criminals which includes Doctors.
To start off with Army Brigadier Sudarsanan has to be hung upside down, 'methods' have to be used on him (he won't tell easily, he is an Army Man, and a bad one) and asked what all were injected and at whose behest? He was also trading his own daughters! You find this offensive? I also find it repulsive. Please go through the links in the Post whose link is provided earlier.
It was very very painful further that the National Human Rights Commission Order implied that 'since criminals are not public servants they can't do anything'!! That -- is -- our -- NHRC? This is indeed very bad state of affairs. NHRC Case No. or File Number is 6063/30/9/2015 .
Subhash Khanna is dead (Dec. 2016). Sudarsanan will also be allowed to die without him getting punished? Dear Sir, I repeat - please ask people in your Office (and you also) to go through the links in post whose link is provided. NHRC was also prevailed upon?! Wow! By whom? Do you know?

I have also 'surmised' that this attack is due to some police-lawyer nexus (someone told me many years ago that this is a Medico Legal Case! What Medico Legal Case? Who are the bastards?). Why has the Khanna Nursing Home not given me report of what they did? WHY HAS THE KHANNA NURSING HOME NOT GIVEN ME REPORT? Why did the Nurse say, 'what will you do with report?' Why did the Brigadier insist that he will not speak on my mobile phone but on my LandLine? Why did he ask me to meet his daughters? There are many more such questions. So I would much appreciate if you may depute an Officer for a Meeting or grant me Appointment.

Brigadier asked me my opinion on his assertion that rapes of women from North East is necessary dose for jawan - he himself started off with that. I told him this is none of my business and I also asked him why is he talking to me like that. He did not respond.
Brigadier also asked me my opinion on Muslim Head Count in Indian Army. I told him again that this is none of my business and asked him why is he talking to me like that. He did not respond.
